Process of trading in my vehicle!

The process of trading in my vehicle took patience and I was looking at every avenue with rushing and wanted all my questions answered and to be valued as a customer. Nick(Sales) did an excellent job with the whole process of each step it took. The whole team at Corwin from the manager who sat down and listened to what I had to say. The Financing piece, Vynny delivered a great attitude and is a hard worker. I have to say Thank you to Toyota Corwin for making trading in my car a fun experience and a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch everyone work hard selling cars :) Thank you!

Purchsed a new Toyota Tacoma

Overall experience was good. I was very disappointed in the fact that I paid $299 for a "document processing fee" and $395 for an "anti-theft transfer". My fault for not paying close enough attention to the fine print. I did go back to discuss this and they refunded the anti-theft charge so I was happy about that.

Get the hook up!

Stephen is Dope! Vynne is Dope! The dude that got the money stuff figured out is Dope! Walked in with some tough issues to meet, and I walked out with this swagmobile. Soccer moms won’t see me coming in this silent eco friendly lady wagon. Girls will be like “Danggggg, did you see that guys hybrid! I want to date him like yesterday he’s so cool!” In the past 24 hours my dating life has changed dramatically! Thanks to Stephen I now have the confidence to pick dates up in style. My old car had zero airbags, and zero swag. Now I’m riding these fly 16inch wheels, aux chord plugged in, and jbl speakers pumping my Beyoncé jams. Thanks Corwin Toyota on uppin my swag

Sequoia : From test drive-to-ownership .

I was at Corwin's in Fargo having my 4-Runner serviced when I inquired about a Sequoia, as my wife & I were interested in a larger vehicle with the ability to accommodate more than five passengers. The sales member that took the time to accompany me on a test drive was Luke Jonason and I was very impressed with the Sequoia that I drove, and enjoyed visiting with Luke. After a few months of shopping online ( Car-guru ) for a Sequoia I returned to Corwin's following a online posting were I left a phone contact # and received a call from Luke. The result was that a very nice, used Sequoia had become available, and after moderate and respectful discussions on price and trade, a deal was agreed on for our purchase of the Sequoia. I am writing this after just returning home ( 50 minute drive ), so right now I am looking forward to owning and driving the Sequoia for the years ahead and having the service dept. there at Corwin's, that I relied on for my 4-Runner, focused on maintaining the Sequoia that is now in my garage. Thanks to Luke and the staff there at Corwin's--I appreciate your time and effort that went into our purchase. Sincerely---Don H.

prompt, competent, and solution oriented

Just coming through the doors we were greeted by a lot of friendly faces all offering to help and trying to make our visit more pleasant. Everyone was very friendly but the most friendliest, most helpful, prompt, and best salesman was Luke Jonason. It was a very big step for me and honestly a little scary too but Luke made it so exciting and most memorable time for me Thank you Luke!!!
