There was a panel left loose under the motor when you

There was a panel left loose under the motor when you serviced my car. It was dragged 60 miles before I knew. I can't drive it at all now. What will you do about it?

Very good but technician failed to put glove box back on

Very good but technician failed to put glove box back on correctly when checking cabin filter. One side fell down when opening.
