Putnam Lexus

They took $1,000 from me to hold a vehicle that was coming in. I didn't like the colors of the vehicle when it arrived. I asked them to return my money. So far no money, no answers of my calls. They said in 3-5 days. Almost 2 weeks have passed.

The Internet salesperson I dealt with is two-faced. When getting internet price quotes from Putnam Lexus, the same salesperson gave me two price quotes on two similar cars. The first price quote explained the details, and salesperson told me to make an appointment when I'm ready. The second email from the same person used slimy sales tactics (get in-store today or no deal) to try to high pressure me to close the deal as soon as possible without even having looked at the car. Therefore, buyer beware when dealing with sales here. Understand their sales strategies and tactics, and move at your pace, not theirs.

First time visit to this dealership and it was an excellent service experience. Checked in promptly and David came out to greet me in the waiting lounge. Vehicle service and wash was completed timely as promised. It was also a comfortable wait in the lounge while the service was being performed.
