Allen Samuels Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Aransas Pass

Thanks Bobbie and staff for getting me into my dream truck. I drove up with intention to buy a new Charger and drove off the lot with a new Ram 1500.

I bought a 2014 used Porshe Boxster with 10500 miles in as is, and was told that it had passed dealership inspection, so I thought it was a square deal. Within two months of ownership a faulty coil was replaced by Porshe in San Antonio. Porshe dealership informed me that all 4 tires had cracks between threads and were unsafe and that wiperbaldes needed replacement. Called Joe the manager and he told me car had passed inspection and that car was sold as is. Also, all four brake pads were replaced due to crumbling pieces from pads. Wiperbaldes replaced. Engine air filters were dirty and had to be replaced. Needless to say that dealships are responsible for inspecting cars for safety before they sell them to the public and tires, brakes and wiperbaldes are all safety issues that should have been inspected carefully. Further, I paid 35k for this car and at this point I have no clue how this car passed their dealership inspection. The Dealership has not helped pay any of the repairs I have mentioned. So I will look into whether or not I have any legal recourse. Very disappointed at this time.

We have 4 dealerships to chose from. We shop around but we buy from Allan Samuels. Fair & honest sales & service. We also appreciate Allan Samuels helping citizens during hurricane Harvey.
