My wife and I were helped by Lacy. She took the time to explain our situation. She made clear what and what couldn't be done. She didn't make any false promises and she worked hard to work with what we gave her. Our situation was far from perfect and after being denied by several dealerships, Lacy found a way to get us into a vehicle without a high interest rate and at a low cost. We never felt pressured and felt like we were in control of what we wanted to do. And it's not just Lacy but the whole team at Allen Samuels treats you in a friendly yet professional manner. John Callison is very professional, knowledgeable, explained everything from standard equipped to extra packages, worked with me every step of the way. The upper management on down even through in the U-Connect free knowing the safety issue of "Hands Free" for using your Cell Phone. It didn't stop there, the dealership from selling to servicing my jeep, put me first, worked with me and kept their word, (actually John had to wait on me before installing the front tow bar assembly as my tow bar was snowed in at a storage locker in NM), and I need to apologize for not doing this sooner, but I can honestly say that I have dealt with two other dealerships within the last 5 yrs and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you want a trust worthy, honest, knowledgeable, and a dealership that puts you and safety first, go see Allen Samuels and see John, David or Jesse or if you just want good service done, that is there too.
