Went for an oil change and drove off with a new vehicle!
My first trip to this dealership for an oil change and by the time the day was over I was driving home in what would become our new SUV. Everything was very easy once we made our decision. We test drove other cars at other dealers but ultimately ended back at Allen Samuels and the great deal they gave us. Arthur Carter spent a substantial amount of time showing me the qualities of our new Dodge Durango. Don't know that you could find anyone anymore knowledgeable than Arthur.

Simply the BEST!!
Needed a new car for my family and needed to be in a certain payment. Lacey took all of my financial needs as well as the needs my family had into consideration and helped me get into the perfect car. She is hands down the most knowledgeable sales person at the dealership. She is friendly and really cared about satisfying my needs when it came to this purchase. She made me feel like my family and I were the most important thing to her and not like we were just a pay check. She walked us through the entire process and it was totally stress free with no pressure from her at all. She was so easy to work with and I have since referred my parents to buy from her as well. She has also followed up with me several times since I bought the car just to make sure everything is going well. I would recommend her to EVERYONE!!

Check Engine Light Nightmare!
I took my truck in for a check engine light. Over a week later still hadn't heard anything and went by in person. My truck had been sitting in the back, with body damage, for 3 days and nobody bothered to call me. One of the service guys had backed it in another truck on the lot. Several weeks later and two trips to the body shop there is still fish eyes in the clear coat. This is a fairly new 3500 longhorn that, until now, hadn't had body damage. The girl said they hadn't painted that part but I'm not stupid... You can't paint half a fender and not shoot a clear coat over the entire part. That's not even the end of it, when I left the dealership the check engine light was STILL ON and I turned back around. At this point the girl has a really bad attitude. It was like we were the ones inconveniencing them. They turned the check engine light off. According to them it was "loss of power... battery... because it sat so long." Such BS! The truck had been going back and forth to the body shop. After all this, I get back home and when I went out again the check engine light was back on!!! Obviously they didn't even do a diagnostic check. They just reset it so I'd leave. They were never apologetic. They did give me a loaner but when I said I didn't want to accept my truck due to sub par body work, all the sudden "someone was interested in buying it and I couldn't take it." (Which I had been using for over 3 weeks.) Bottom line, they wanted my truck gone and me out of there. Their attitude made that very clear. I'm a single mom and work full time. It's a huge inconvenience having to take the truck back to the shop again. It won't be going back to Allen Samules though. Hopefully Lithia has better customer service.

Great car shopping experience!
Buying my 2015 Grand Cherokee was so easy at this dealership. I didn't even have to walk the lot looking at their inventory! I just told John Callison what I was looking for in one and he found the perfect one on his computer inventory. After I purchase it, he spent about 2 hours going over all the various components included in the Limited's package. First time I ever purchased a vehicle that a salesman explained everything to me. AWESOME job, John!

Buying from Allen Samuels Aransas Pass was awesome! John Callison is the man! He said he would find the car we wanted and he did. He never gave up the search when other dealers didn't give me the time or day. He's professional and honest and made our buying experience a pleasant one.
