UDrive Automobiles

I've purchased cars over the Internet before and have never had an experience as excellent as this one. The car description was spot on, with lots of photos, any imperfections were noted. Todd responded to emails quickly and was always reachable by phone if needed. Pickup date was flexible to accommodate my schedule. I didn't even have to worry about a pre-purchase inspection as one had already been done by a third party and they disclosed the results. The guys at UDrive were super-nice in person too. Matt noticed that I'm a fellow photography enthusiast and happily shared the full-size photos of the car, then drove me to a nearby rent-a-car office to drop off the rental I used to get there. The bundled 3 month / 3k miles warranty only covers powertrain, aka big and expensive items. After driving 200 miles home, a check engine light appeared. I took the car to a local BMW specialist and it turned out to be a relatively minor issue which was not covered by the warranty, but is a common problem with these cars. The guys at UDrive couldn't have known about it as the car drove fine and it took hundreds of miles to appear. Moral of the story: if you're worried about minor repairs and are not DIY-inclined, buy an extended warranty that covers everything, not just powertrain. The 3 month plan was complementary, so still a nice bonus in case of a bigger problem. It seems that UDrive focuses on clean cars without accident history and with good service records. That to me is impressive, because many independent dealers buy whatever is cheapest at the auction, then resell for a quick buck. Not the case here! The BMW I purchased from UDrive is a low-mileage, 1-owner car. It was signed off with a clean bill of health by 3 places: local BMW dealer based on service history, third party inspection place in PA, and a BMW specialist in CT, who commented that the car is in very good shape after looking at it for a day. Overall, this has been a great purchase and I would gladly recommend UDrive to anyone. Todd and Matt are top-notch!

I just had delivered a 1994 Camero Z28 that I bought from UDrive Automobiles. Saying that I am amazed with this car would be a major understatement; while Todd Myers is a great salesman and nice person, he told me this was a good car to use for my purposes and that was very true but he didn't stress enough that this car looks like new and drives very well. Todd arranged everything for the transport from PA to FLA and the shipper was excellent also, they actually delivered the car to my street corner. This was a totally stress free transaction and I will continue to buy to cars in the future from Todd. If anyone has any doubts about buying a car over the internet, trust me and buy from UDrive, you can really trust these guys and they are the real deal and there cars are incredible; I am loving this Z28. I was browsing the cars listings for used Infiniti M and came across those guys. As price was less than 35% of the original MSRP for 5 year old vehicle I felt a bit uneasy, especially after all those "flood-damaged vehicles" coming from NY/NJ areas. All my concerns evaporated when I saw the car at their place. It turned out to be very well maintained, one-owner vehicle (very local, same town) that was a trade-in for a new car. In the past I've bought 3 new cars from new-car dealers and dealing with Matt was nothing even close to a typical car salesman. No pushing you into various financial scams (some dealers claim error on the low web-price and it would be valid only if you finance through them at ridiculous terms) or useless warranties. Matt's down-to-earth personality makes you feel like a friend. While waiting for the detailing shop he took me to another part of the building and showed me several motorcycles (and I didn't even ask for that). It was obvious he has a passion about bikes as well. One of those rare occasions to deal with a person who knows what he's talking about. UDrive gave me a car at a price you can't find from a private party, with the added value of passing PA inspection, which by itself gives you peace of mind at least on some parts of the vehicle (ie. brakes, tires, cat, ...) Also as a Do-It-Myself type of guy, Intiniti was quick to hook me up with 7 volume factory authorized shop repair manual that has description of every nut and bolt in that vehicle.

After my brother and his wife bought a Land Rover l3 from Udrive in West Chester I knew this was a dealership I wanted to deal with! My brother just kept talking about how low key working with Todd and Matt were. I went on the website and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a Land Rover Discovery for sale. The website was fantastic with tons of pictures showing how great the car was and even some of the flaws (which were very minimal). After test driving the car it was time for the dreaded talking numbers time. Not the case with Todd and Matt!!! It was like hanging out in a friends living room just chatting. They worked with me and I left very happy with my trade in value and price of my new car. They even set me up with a local credit union for my new car loan. At that point I couldn't of asked for more but they weren't finished making me a happy customer! I had a few questions about some of the mechanics of the new car (buying my first Land Rover) and they sent my to their mechanic to ease my mind. If you can't tell I had a very pleasurable experience and would (and already have) recommend Udrive to anyone!

Todd and Matt love cars and are passionate about helping a customer find the right car and educating them in the process. They are professional and easy going and accommodating. My '97 Carrera was priced right, meticulously detailed and documented. I think this may have been the best car buying experience I've had with having owned 30+ cars over the years.
