SERVICE YOU CAN DEPEND ON!!!

We have had our Honda Odyssey serviced for 8 years at Anderson Honda. We bought it at another dealership because of a personal connection but started at Anderson because of proximity to our home. Having it serviced at Anderson's was the best thing that has happened for us because of the service we have received from Steve Schaefer. Steve truly cares about helping you and providing the best service imaginable! His explanations are clear and to the point. Because of Steve Schaefer our next Honda purchase will be at Anderson Honda. My feeling is that your service person is the KEY and I'm so glad we happened to cross paths with Steve Schaefer. Loved it!!

Overall I loved doing business with Anderson Honda. Dennis Rodriquez and Jeremy Welsh helped me, answering all my questions, helping out in my research and purchase. Both are very humble and helpful. I will recommend Anderson Honda to my friends. I did my research at various dealers in near by area, also experience false commitments over phone or email, once you visit to any dealership they try to force to sell car to you. But Anderson Honda was honest in all aspects. Pricing and my experience at Andeson Honda throughout my purchase of new 2014 Honda Civic was really good. They never forced me to buy at their dealership rather they encouraged me to research around and get back. Of course I got good deal with total satisfaction at Anderson Honda, what does I need more. Lastly I would like to add - it was painless process working with Dennis Rodriquez and Jeremy Welsh and Anderson Honda.

Fantastic service, polite, accommodating

I bought my brand new Honda Civic 2014 on 31st January 2014 from Anderson Honda (Palo Alto) and I rate my experience as TOP NOTCH !!! Robert Sahabi at Anderson helped me purchase. Fantastic service, polite, accommodating and not pushy! Throughout the car buying process he was very attentive, warm and friendly. Kept me informed throughout. I would highly recommend Robert Sahabi and Anderson Honda to anyone who is planning to buy a Honda in the valley.

Great Experience

I recently purchased a new car from Honda Anderson. Sunni Dani was a fantastic representative of the dealer. He was extremely accommodating and helped me find the best car that suited my needs. I would definitely recommend talking to Sunni if you need assistance!

Great Service!

I took my car in for servicing yesterday. Tim Kwak was the service advisor who took care of me. Tim Kwak did an excellent job of keeping me informed. Tim called me when my car was ready. Great service from Tim Kwak and Anderson Honda!

Taking Care of Business!!

Been with the Anderson Honda Service Dept. and the rest of my family for over 10 years, Making the drive from Fremont to Palo Alto and its always been worth it. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Professionals who address my issues/problems, advising me if there are other items of concern I need to know about. My family and I have known Steve Schaffer from previous Honda dealership. He has worked on all our family cars for many years. My last visit for daily maintenance Steve told me that in about 3 more months I would be needed some more costly service repairs that are warranted for the age of my vehicle. I appreciate the heads up on this so that I can plan for the more costly expense. The whole department right down to the office cashiers is always a pleasant experience. Even though I'm opening my pocketbook to pay for the services, I drive away in my car feeling secured that all the work is done and the value points system have all been checked and gone through and know that my car is ready to go till next service due date. Another thing is I wait for my car while being serviced and the staff have always been upfront with the wait time.

Great Service, Friendly Staff

This is my first purchase from Anderson Honda and I am impressed by their friendly customer service. Les St. Clair is the Internet Sales Manager at Anderson Honda. He gave us good service and informed me about the different features of the new vehicle in great details. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives.

Highly professional & courteous staff

This was one of the easiest and most efficient process I have experienced in purchasing a new car. I decided on a CV-R LX which it's uncomplicated but quality engineering made it an easy decision to select it against many other cars I had considered. I was helped by two sales representatives who aided me through the entire process. Sam Ebrahimi was my initial contact who reviewed the various options and prices, and Sunni Dani who completed the necessary paperwork and explained the financing requirements and process. It took him just a few minuites to complete the background check and let me know that everything was approved. In just a short time my car was ready for pick up. He even drove my old car home following me, as I could not drive two cards at the same time. Both Sam and Sunni emailed me and made a follow up call to make sure I had no problems and made themselves available to provide any further assistance I might have needed. I highly recommend Anderson Honda both in terms of customer service and the quality of their products to anyone who is in the market to buy a car.

A Truly Great Dealership

All my previous experiences with auto dealerships have been fair to very poor. They dote on you when you are trying to purchase a car, but after that they treat you like xxxxxxxxx. Anderson Honda is one of the exceptions to the rule. I was forced to take my car in there when it needed a repair and was still under warrantee. The experience was so good, I decided that I would always go back to them. Why? They are straight talkers. They communicate well and often. They are really nice. Their repairs work! They will explain what they needed to do in as much detail as you want. They will get the service tech out to talk with you, if you want more detail. I rarely have to wait a long time for anything. It is clear that they want me to be satisfied with the experience, and I always have been. They truly deserve the Excellent rating that they currently are getting.
