My experience at Royal Preowned Supercenter was

My experience at Royal Preowned Supercenter was fantastic. My 2011 Mini Cooper had a significant breakdown and I realized it was time to retire my favorite car. I don't shop for vehicles often and purchases can be stressful to me. Jesus was kind right from the start. I saw a vehicle I liked online but I was without a ride to come and see it. He took a video and sent to to me; the next day, he offered to send a Lyft to get me to the car lot to take a test drive. When I arrived, the sales manager, Keith, help me look at the vehicle because Jesus was with another customer. Then Osama went for a test drive with me. All three gentleman were very kind.. After my vehicle was fixed and I took the new vehicle to my mechanic for review, I was all set to purchase the vehicle. It happened quickly (but with plenty of time to feel comfortable). Jesus kindly held the vehicle for a bit until we could get it to my mechanic (and they took it to my mechanic for me, since I didn't have transportation and had obligations at work I couldn't change). Then, at the very end they put a finishing touch on the experience by adding a box of roses before I drove off with my new vehicle. I love my new mini (who I named Maxi since I went from a 2DR to a 4DR). And, I highly recommend this sales team, especially Jesus.

My experience at Royal Preowned Supercenter was fantastic. My 2011 Mini Cooper had a significant breakdown and I realized it was time to retire my favorite car. I just bought my vehicle from a different dealership in

I just bought my vehicle from a different dealership in Tucson in June. The car already had to be worked on and it was sent to Ryan’s service center. Ryan authorized a loaner vehicle for me and saved me money on rental cars. He was extremely professional and kind and understanding. Ryan was fantastic!

Best dealership I have ever been to.

Best dealership I have ever been to. Bought a car due to insurance totaling our car. They let us put money down and pay off balance when we got the insurance check. Went to pay the balance off and had them look at a leak, even though we bought as is. They gave us another car to drive while they fixed ours. Will never go to another place for a car. Outstanding!

I went on a Sunday to see the XT5 to avoid sales people.

I went on a Sunday to see the XT5 to avoid sales people. I went again, the next day, to see the CTS. Eventually, Manuel (Manny?) came out. The car was locked up so he went back inside to get a key. He never returned. He left me, so I left, permanently.

Seeing the jeep online and driving over on a sunday you

Seeing the jeep online and driving over on a sunday you learn were closed made for a very long 24 hours. But on arriving i met with Mr Norzagaray and "normally expecting a text book used car salesman" i was thrown of guard by he and his manager i believe Ethan was his name. Totally different experience then i ever had. It was after work too which added to my stress being tired. But the goal was my gladiator. Man i tell you after 10 min i was comfortable and enjoying my time at the dealership. The only thing that could make things better was driving away with my dream truck/jeep. Every was quick and very little paperwork. That just made things less stressful for some reason. I told Mr Norzagaray my goals as far as my down payment and my monthly payments. For the very first time in buying vehicles this was the first time i bought something the way i imagined it to be. No beat downs, i dint leave wondering if i made a mistake. No second guessing just a proud drive home thanks to Mr Norzagaray and i know there are alot of people supporting him which made this happen. Even a service person that washed my jeep thanked me. Im telling anyone that comments on my jeep about my experience. I truly hope this brings blessings your way. You all deserve it and did a great job. Buy the way the Jeep is running wonderfully i love it!

Wendy was very helpful and didn't pressure me in buying.

Wendy was very helpful and didn't pressure me in buying. The car I picked wasn't a good fit after I took it home. I called dealership the following morning, and asked if I could exchange the vehicle with another. Without hesitation they said yes. I would recommend anyone who needs a car to contact Royal Pre Owned Supercenter.... I will definitely be back sometime in the future

Brianna is fantastic she gets the most out of my extended

Brianna is fantastic she gets the most out of my extended warranty, she’s been terrific with my daughter and her mini Cooper. She’s always right on top of everything she’s professional and friendly and always feel comfortable when I need to bring the car into her she’s very straightforward about, whatever needs to be done and whatever recommendations that they have our mini is older so it has had quite a bit of service but I am always comfortable with whatever recommendations Brianna makes. Love her!

Had an amazing experience buying our new vehicle from

Had an amazing experience buying our new vehicle from them. We walked in with all 3 of our kids under 4 years old and the employees could care less, Jesus our salesman actually provided entertainment for our kids and kept them busy during the entire buying process. I absolutely recommend everyone to purchase their new vehicle from Royal Automotive.
