Long but Brutally Honest!

Long but Brutally Honest!!! Based on "suggestion" i sent my family to Concord Honda and now grievously regret the suggestion. My brother and his wife went to see, drive and with every intention purchase a Honda CPO CR-V for their daughter who, overcoming many odds and obstacles, has moved to further her studies out of state. As proud parents, despite a recent work reduction situation, and obviously being proud and wanting to help their daughter further her aspirations as any good parent would, are dipping in to their wherewithal to encourage and support her dreams From the onset, the experience has been hideous. with a grotesque display customer service from the sales staff to a less then appreciative sales manager. First, the test drive appointment was met with a total lack attention. After an unprecedented and totally unnecessary wait, a different sales person asked what my brother and his wife what they were waiting for and after telling the salesperson they were waiting to test drive the vehicle, were "accused" of having had the test drive and what were they waiting for. THEN, (and this becomes even more hideous, were told that the Honda Certification was about to expire on the vehicle. This entire charade was unprecedented and may very well go down in the annals of a terrible circus and description of how NOT to sell vehicles and horrible customer service. Perhaps the sales person, who "claimed" to be new didn't understand the parameter of Honda Certification, but this was exacerbated and compounded by a sales manager who chose to hide until the last moment and then attempted to distort and extend the series of misinformation, claiming policies of the Sonic Automotive Group prevents negotiations of vehicles and used Honda Corporation as a scapegoat in the prevention of dealership policies. (We cant offer services as Honda does not allow us to offer "dealer absorbed services". I can now understand why there is so much disdain and distaste for much of the dealership business dealings. If his is how Sonic Automotive Grp AND Honda Automotive allows their franchises and franchisees to represent them, perhaps they would be better served in the 3 ring circus arena. Honda AND Sonic Automotive Grp will be contacted about the customer service issues and the unsavory practices of disinformation!

A very wonderful experience from scheduling and from

A very wonderful experience from scheduling and from Jenny our service representative; she’s always so nice and thorough; very knowledgeable and professional; plus, our CRV runs like new thanks to their highly skilled technicians too. It makes me look forward to bringing my Honda car and truck to Concord Honda knowing Jenny will and the team there will provide us with such excellent service.

My experience at Concord Honda was great!

My experience at Concord Honda was great! My friend and I were treated like family friends - Ali & Marlon were informative, answering all of our questions with unassailable good humor, and generous with their time. While working with Marlon on the contract & financial paperwork, Ali made sure that Bluetooth and my phone were paired successfully, and even got the car washed before I drove off the lot.

I was very happy with the service I received .

I was very happy with the service I received . From the very beginning I was given an appointment immediately. I was greeted by an awesome Car salesman who took the time to help me find something I wanted to drive home. He went above and beyond ensuring he answered my questions and went the extra mile asking his management questions that he didn’t have to . Finance experience was awesome as well . He was very professional and easy going . He explained everything and was very friendly . Finance was very meticulous and ensured that the numbers were accurate and gained my trust when I observed him going line for line making sure there were no mistakes . Both Salesman and Finance representative made arrangements with the Sales Manager to ensure my vehicle would still be available when my check arrived . Tho I had to wait a few days for my credit union to send my check , the car I wanted was waiting for me in a garage and it was nice and clean . This is one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle . Kudos to Salesman Rhys and Concord Honda !

Tommy was great.

Tommy was great. Set and met every expectation. I did not like the fact that the key tag said two keys were available but the consistently ignored my requests for the other key. About the finance office: I didn't give them permission to solicit multiple banks for financing. I told them i can get my own financing through Patelco. I Received multiple denial letters from banks and it better not affect my credit rating. They also insisted they would handle Patelco for me and I didn't have to worry my pretty little head. I believe they Received a broker fee from Patelco.. I am a smart educated women and can fully capable of handling my own banking and financing.

I wound up having a bad experience the day before with

I wound up having a bad experience the day before with another Honda dealership and wound up having a perfect car buying experience. It's definitely a professional outfit with excellent cars and definitely competitively price to the market. My Ali Makoly was great. Not pushy at all.
