On June 6, our wonderful 17-year-old son, who needs a reliable vehicle to get to work and school, contacted Concord Honda regarding a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport. The salesperson, Zaira, sent him the CarFax report and answered a few initial questions. The following day, June 7, my wife and I made the three-hour drive each way to see the vehicle and potentially purchase it. Our son is the heart of our family—an exceptional young man who works hard, excels academically, and deserves our support—so the trip was well worth it if it meant finding him a good car. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we learned that the Accord our son had inquired about had already been sold. Rather than notifying us before our six-hour round trip, we were directed toward a different Accord that was approximately $2,000 more expensive. While discussing the vehicle, Zaira repeatedly referred to the price as "$26,000" despite the listed price being $26,999. The replacement vehicle was also a higher trim level that had been involved in an accident, had open recalls, and was covered in dog hair. As we began the test drive, I turned on the air conditioning and was greeted by a strong, unpleasant odor. The test drive itself was remarkably short—shorter than some DMV driving tests—and provided little opportunity to properly evaluate the vehicle. During the drive, Zaira was unable to clearly explain several vehicle features, appeared uncertain about warranty details, and often defended or deflected concerns regarding the dealership's preparation and inspection of the vehicle prior to resale. Things became even more frustrating when we sat down to discuss pricing. The vehicle suddenly went from the verbally quoted "$26,000" to $26,999, followed by additional fees on top of that. When we raised the issue of the missing $999, which we had reasonably interpreted as part of the negotiation or a concession, the concern was essentially dismissed, as though $26,000 and $26,999 were interchangeable figures. We pointed out the vehicle's condition issues, accident history, recalls, unpleasant odor, and the confusing communication surrounding the pricing. We then presented our final and best offer. Concord Honda would not move on the price at all. As we got up to leave, Zaira made a passive-aggressive comment that "the car will sell." Perhaps it will. But that misses the point. The real issue is that we drove six hours round trip to view a vehicle that had already been sold, were redirected to a more expensive and less desirable alternative, experienced confusing and inconsistent pricing discussions, and encountered a vehicle that appeared inadequately prepared for sale. Buying a car should be built on transparency, professionalism, and respect for a customer's time. Unfortunately, our experience at Concord Honda fell well short of those expectations. One star. I cannot recommend Concord Honda based on our experience.

In 2023 I purchased a brand new honda crv hybrid and diligently did all services, maintenance and general check up at concord service center. The last 2 services I notified service center management that my system states high temperature and that it kept warning me . The service center checked and diagnosed and specifically stated we are unable to find anything and that there is nothing wrong with my vehicle. My last visit to the service center was due to the same message that I received, when they checked they said the cylinder head gasket is burnt and would cost between 6000 to 8000 be replaced. I had to sell my car for 10,000$ to them as I couldn’t use the car neither could spend 6000 to 8000 to replace it. My car was worth $20,000 and I had to loose 10,000$ due to their incompetence in diagnosing and being able to actively solve problems. The service center is incompetent of diagnosing and lacks sense of responsibility, they took advantage of situation though all my services were done at the center . The question is why do we go to a service center and general check ups if they lack ability to diagnose issues and problems .

Thank you Andrea for choosing us for your Honda purchase. We're glad Ali and our team could provide you with such a positive experience.
Horrible! I bought a 2025 used Honda accord Hybrid Sport-L. A week later I hear loud clunking noises everytime turning. Took it to the Concord Service, they told me I did not get any warranty so it was on me... We tried going through Honda Goodwill Warranty and I was going to have to pay $1200. As they were fixing my car they found a cracked subframe and worned out joints. They were nice enough to fix that at no cost. HOWEVER, it gets worse, about 2 months later I lost total control of the car in the freeway and my car was unalligned. I took it back there, they told me they have no clue what happened and just aligned it again, this is when I noticed that the rear allignment was off! The service administrator (Only nice person on the whole dealership) told me they dont know what is wrong and to take it to a collision ecpert. This is when I got concerned and starting calling the store to talk tot he service manager. After 4 calls and 5 days I finally reached out to Kiho. When I talked to Kiho, Service manager, he got upset at me saying there is no way we wouldve let the car go out before with a misaligment and that I did the damamge on the car. However I found the last aligment given to me by HONDA and the rear was also misaligned. After a couple days Kiho calls back apologizing and with a completely different tone, he tells me its their bad and that he talked to the GM and used sales car manager and they were going to take care of me. Marlo, the Used car sales manager, calls me saying not to worry and to come in they were going to take care of me.... FALSE! I went in there and they offered me 3 thousand dollars less than what I bought the car for and said tough luck we cant do anything better. Then the lady who first sold me the car showed me another car, it had a slight cigarrete smell and she told me oh its cuz its been sitting in the lot, this car has no cigarrete smoke damage (LIE). I eventually left with the cigarrete car since I need a safe car. The day after I leave HONDA the cigarrete smell got 3 time worse... they just masked it. Now im on my second car and it smells terrible... DO NOT GIVE THIS HONDA YOUR BUSINESS.

Having previously owned six purchased new Honda CR-V's followed by a non-Honda, I was interested in seeing if Honda and it's people had changed. The cars have - they are spectacular ! The people have not - they are still spectacular. Dealing with them always was, and still is, a relaxed and sincere business experience. I have missed that !

As my first out of state purchase I would say it went exceptionally smooth. I kept communication with my sales rep Carolina who was very helpful and patient. I did experience a few issues but the team was prompt in their responses and efforts to rectify the problem.
