Honest service

A middle-aged respectable man greeted and welcomed us into a neat compound. The warehouse was not very huge but had different vehicles parked in rows inside, indicating orderliness. We were shown the used and sold-by-owner Landrover-Freelander of our interest parked outside among a range of other vehicles and asked to inspect and ask any question concerning it. We had a test drive and decided to purchase after being convinced there was nothing wrong particularly with the engine. We were given such an assurance. We made an initial deposit (part-payment) and promised to make full-payment in two days' time which we fulfilled. All papers were duly signed and our copy placed in a neat envelope. The only thing left was for us to drive our car away. Then we realized a sticker had to be renewed; that would be done the following day and the vehicle driven to our home we were promised. Okay. Agreed. We sent in a call in the evening the following day and got informed the vehicle's thermostat was faulty and causing overheating so we should go for our money which we did. The reason why I will buy my car from the Drivers Warehouse is because of their HONESTY and sincerity in dealing with clients like us who knew next-to-nothing about vehicles. I am waiting for their call for a replaced Landrover Freelander even if it takes me another 6 months to wait for one from them. I trust they will sell me something good.
