Great service
I had two recalls and one was to take 3 hrs. After no phone call I called and told them to keep overnight so they weren't rushed. Got a call early the next day. Would of been nice to have it washed - ha ha - just kidding. I love my HHR and I am very happy with everyone I have worked with at Lehmers.

Best place to buy a GMC
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and helped us pick out the best option for our needs. They made the overall process of purchasing a new car very easy and painless! Dwayne Ferriera was exceptional in his knowledge of the car we ultimately chose and helped us to understand all of the perks of the car we chose.

KP 2015 GMC Service
I always am treated well, Joe did a great job addressing my issues. The only comment I have is, if the dealership changes a policy like you don't need an appointment for service to now you do need an appointment, you should notify your customers that have purchased a vehicle at least in the last year. I didn't feel real good when I showed up and was told in so many words I should have known about the policy change.

Our service team was professional, friendly and fun. We enjoyed the purchase expericence because there was not pressure to "close the deal". It was nice to feel like we were part of the family.

Poor evaluation of over heating engine
My son brought in his Saturn Vue to correct an over heating problem. The car was checked out my your service mechanic. We were told that it was a thermostat that needed to be replace. The cost that was quoted to us was $600. Although we thought it was high to do the work, we told Joe the service rep to go ahead and have it done. Big mistake because the car still overheated. We than drove the car to a 4 stars rated auto repair shop in walnut creek. They charge us $75 to look into the overheating problem. They told us we had a blown head gasket. (By the way it only cost $375 outside to replace a thermostat) We thought we were in good hands when we went to Lehmer, a GMCdealer. If your mechanic can't detect a simple problem like a over heating engine, I cringe at the fact if they can repair something major. It cost me $600 for nothing. That a reflection to Lehmer. Nice looking showroom but NO GO in the service department. WATCH OUT. Morris

I was happy to receive the e-mail coupon to have my truck serviced. When asked if it was valid there was no problem and my truck was serviced in a timely manner. What more could I possibly ask for?

Ordering a 2015 Canyon
I contacted Lehmer's Buick through the internet. Ron Kaell contacted me soon after. I went out to Lehmer's, talked to Ron, and took a ride in a 2015 Canyon. Ron was very professional. He didn't push and let me decide how I wanted the negotiation to proceed. He made me feel very comfortable. I ordered a 2015 Canyon. Through the process, everyone at Lehmer's was courteous and I felt very comfortable with all of them.
