I purchased a used Honda Fit from this dealership, next door to their Honda shop. The car had no rear wiper blade and was missing a bottom drip pan shield.... After a brief test drive with empty tank, car was taken to dealer to fix these items. Waited several hours to see the car again, by which time it was dark, told that would take a day or two, but started paperwork. Finally delivered three days later, with no gas, no jack, no second key, no owners manual, the last two of which they wanted to charge me for. With two people waiting (long drive from home) I took the car which was needed to replace one that was totaled, but would not recommend this dealer. Charges for dealer prep are excessive, they lied about the warranty and spare key, they just polished and dumped it. Sleazy.
The customer service personnel at this location gives the dealership a bad reputation. They are so rude and untrained. It’s so difficult to resolve issues... and their approach is so rude.
This dealership is willing to work with you to get you the car you need!
I felt misled and bullied. I spent an entire weekend there. When your gut tells you to leave you should follow your gut. I will be sending letters to... the General Manager.
The young Lady Kennedy greeted me as soon as I parked, she was not pushy at all she pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for and told me she'll... be near if I needed her, her demeanor was so pleasant until I asked her to show me around. Even tho I could'nt find what I wanted she still offered as much as she could and I vowed to go back to see her!
Mr.Charles Bevins was my sales person. He worked diligently with me and his co-workers to get me the best deal. They were very patient with me. I am enjoying... my car.

Dealer ultimately angered me; I show up for a test drive and the vehicle is basically out of gas so they only let me go maybe a mile in distance, which... there isn't a place to test its capabilities of acceleration or check to make sure the suspension was sound. Then I point out the vehicle was in an accident and there's electronics in the vehicle and yet they still would not budge on the price, they wanted 13,900 in total for the vehicle they advertised as 11,000. The vehicles carfax did not report the accident the vehicle was in. Overall I'm very unhappy with the people at Hyundai
I took my car to Pohanka Hyundai to be serviced and Dmitri (service representative) helped me, and he was very helpful. I got there feeling a little uneasy,... but Dmitri's patience and knowledge of my vehicle assured me that I was in good hands.
I just bought a new car here yesterday with Sean and had a great experience! I had done a lot of research and knew exactly what car I wanted and how much... I wanted to pay. I got estimates from several dealers, but Sean gave me an estimate that was several hundred lower than the competition. The buying process was super easy, and because I got an "out the door" estimate, there were no surprises when it came time to sign. It's always a good idea to shop around to make sure you get the best price, but I would definitely recommend starting here!
