    The young Lady Kennedy greeted me as soon as I parked, she was not pushy at all she pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for and told me she'll... be near if I needed her, her demeanor was so pleasant until I asked her to show me around. Even tho I could'nt find what I wanted she still offered as much as she could and I vowed to go back to see her!

    Mr.Charles Bevins was my sales person. He worked diligently with me and his co-workers to get me the best deal. They were very patient with me. I am enjoying... my car.

    Dealer ultimately angered me; I show up for a test drive and the vehicle is basically out of gas so they only let me go maybe a mile in distance, which... there isn't a place to test its capabilities of acceleration or check to make sure the suspension was sound. Then I point out the vehicle was in an accident and there's electronics in the vehicle and yet they still would not budge on the price, they wanted 13,900 in total for the vehicle they advertised as 11,000. The vehicles carfax did not report the accident the vehicle was in. Overall I'm very unhappy with the people at Hyundai

    I took my car to Pohanka Hyundai to be serviced and Dmitri (service representative) helped me, and he was very helpful. I got there feeling a little uneasy,... but Dmitri's patience and knowledge of my vehicle assured me that I was in good hands.

    I just bought a new car here yesterday with Sean and had a great experience! I had done a lot of research and knew exactly what car I wanted and how much... I wanted to pay. I got estimates from several dealers, but Sean gave me an estimate that was several hundred lower than the competition. The buying process was super easy, and because I got an "out the door" estimate, there were no surprises when it came time to sign. It's always a good idea to shop around to make sure you get the best price, but I would definitely recommend starting here!

    A couple of areas fell short of my expectations. The first issue (the more minor one) is that the sale was rushed. I worked with Daniel Goodwyn and he... was very nice and responsive...that is until the sale was concluded. Shortly after he stopped returning my text messages. The BIG problem is that ....according to the MVA...they were supposed to complete an MVA form so I could get the MD tax credit for my purchase of a Hyundai Sonata Plug-in Hybrid. They never did this as they were supposed to and because of this I lost $1,225 in tax credits I was supposed to receive from the State of Maryland. It did take a long time to get my tags and I eventually got them about 2 days before the temp tags expired. By the time I figured out that the MD credit application needed to be filed with the MVA the funds for the credit had been depleted. $1,225 would have reduced the cost of the car had I known it needed to be filed. I was finally able to get the dealership to sign the form on 12/27/2016 but as was stated that was too late...funds were depleted in September of 2016. Maryland Buyers beware if you plan to purchase a Hybrid, Plug-in Hybrid, or electric vehicle...you need to file these forms yourself or make sure the dealer files them as they are supposed to as part of the sales process (its an excise tax credit). The MVA says the dealer is responsible to file this form on your behalf. These issues caused my otherwise good experience to become less than satisfactory. I feel the dealer should pay me the $1,225 that I lost because they didn't do what they were supposed to. The dealer says "it sounds like you didn't properly research the car". I will be finding another dealership.

    The stigma attached to the car buying experience seems like bologna if you've visited Pohanka Hyundai. My sales rep was Mrs. Owens. She made it a wonderful... experience from start to finish. She was very personable, and she fought to get me the car I wanted, and to stay in the budget that we specified in the very beginning. She was very knowledgeable of the cars and her patience amazed me, as I am very indecisive. I would recommend her to anyone scarred by the car buying experience, and guarantee that they will leave Happy. Thanks Takema
