Worst customer service ever
This location has the worst customer service ever. They rejected the warranty service offered by Honda. I had to take my car to a different location in order to get it fixed.
Drakes the best
Drake Hendrickson deserves a huge shoutout. Earlier today I went to a different dealership and had a terrible experience, when I got to Dublin Honda and met Drake I had a complete opposite experience. Drake is friendly, nice, personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and so many more things. I never felt any pressure to buy he wasn't pushy at all, I felt like Drake was only trying to help me get what I wanted and wasn't just trying to sell a car it's very clear he cares about his job as well as his customers. It was a pleasure working with him. Drake you've made a customer for life out of me. Also I don't want to leave out Jimmy, he was so kind and friendly and helpful and the paperwork got finished hella fast. Overall had a very positive experience here and I will definitely come back.
PUSHY finance guy
Great experience in purchasing new vehicle if you do your homework. Watch out for the "rude" finance guy pushing the extended warranty. JUST SAY NO.
They supposedly "fixed" our 2016 car's check engine two weeks ago, the light went on again yesterday! We brought the car in at 7 am in the morning, they refused to accept it and recheck it. After a lot of arguments and going back and forth between the service and express service, they accepted the car, but told us it won't be any time soon! at 4 pm they called us to say the car has to stay overnight and we can't pick it up. Today @ 8 am they called us to pick up the car because they could not find any problem with it! The people we had to deal with at this dealership were unbelievably rude and aggressive. It was by far the worst customer service we have experienced...
This dealership ran a credit check on me even though *I was paying cash* for the car. I can think of no reason for this. Not cool.
I just bought my new Honda and I love it. Dublin treated me great! And they have a great cup of coffee there. I would highly recommend them.bren

Internet Sales was terrible
I had been shopping for a new Honda Ridgeline and doing online research. During the process I discovered the exact make and model that I was looking for at Dublin Honda. Unlike the other Honda dealers that I had been dealing with online, the internet sales team at Dublin was terrible. Not only did I have to push them to make an appointment to get an appraisal for my trade in, but when I came prepared to buy the car, the guy spent 10 minutes on his cell phone with a buddy (lots of ok Bro, and dudes, and talking about the weekend) while I waited patiently at his desk, but then seemed very eager to rush me out the door when the price on my car came back. I followed up with an email to him, as again I was ready to buy that car, but never heard back. I took my business elsewhere where I was appreciated as a customer and I would suggest that you do as well!
Good deal for a first time buyer but a few things are missing on the car we purchased but luckily they knock off $200 off the msrp
