My experience at Dublin Honda was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this dealership based on how the purchase process was handled. The biggest issue is that after we discussed and greed on the the numbers, the salesperson, Peter, included an additional $1,900 charge for LoJack that appeared in very the fine print at the bottom of the paperwork (sneaky, right?). We did not appreciate finding such a significant extra charge presented that way. It felt like something that should have been discussed clearly and upfront rather than buried in the documents. To make matters worse, after agreeing on the deal, we were left waiting for nearly two hours with very little communication while waiting to be called into the finance office. We spent most of that time simply sitting there looking at the ceiling with no updates, which made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. After driving the vehicle for a longer distance, we discovered that one of the tires was defective. To Dublin Honda's credit, they eventually replaced the tire. However, this was sold to us as a Honda Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and a defective tire is something I believe should have been identified during the certification inspection before the car was offered for sale. Because we live in Redwood City, returning to Dublin meant another long drive, additional time away from work and family, and a great deal of inconvenience for an issue that should never have occurred in the first place. Buying a car is a major financial decision, and customers deserve complete transparency, a thorough inspection process, and respect for their time. Between the surprise $1,900 LoJack charge, the excessive wait to complete the purchase, and having to make another trip because a certified vehicle had a defective tire, this experience fell well short of my expectations. I hope Dublin Honda takes customer feedback seriously and improves its sales process by being more transparent about optional products, ensuring Certified Pre-Owned vehicles meet the standards customers expect, and treating customers' time with the respect they deserve.

Do not trust this dealership. My experience with Dublian Honda started on Wednesday and ended on Sunday, and the entire time I was being pushed by Brittney and William to come in because they kept saying the car was ready or almost ready. That was not true. They repeatedly told me the car was “ready,” “almost ready,” “in detail,” or would be ready very soon. They also kept promising photos, but the photos were delayed over and over again. When photos finally came, the car was still dusty, still in the workshop, and clearly not ready. On Saturday morning, I was told William would be there around 11:30, and I was also told the interior/leather still needed cleaning. Then I was told the windshield was being replaced and the car would be good to go that night. Later, I was told photos would come in a few minutes, then I was told to wait until the next morning. On Sunday, I got more delays and more excuses. Then at 5:05 PM, they texted that detailing took longer than expected and photos would be sent as soon as possible. At 5:09 PM, I called and was told the car had already been sold. That is not a simple delay. That is dishonest and completely unprofessional. They wasted my time for days with shifting stories, false readiness updates, and promises that were not true. I never even got to test drive the car. Do not rely on what they say. Do not trust verbal promises from Brittney or William. If you deal with this dealership at all, get everything in writing, get current photos, and confirm the car is actually available before you make any plans. Why will you though?

My wife and I recently brought her SUV in for service, and our experience with Fred (Farhad) was extremely concerning from the moment we arrived. During the drop-off, the way he looked at my wife and the way he interacted with her made her visibly uncomfortable. What should have been a routine service appointment immediately felt inappropriate. Later, he called my wife and attempted to pressure her into purchasing new tires by using scare tactics, claiming the tire was “going to blow up” if she didn’t replace them immediately. This type of fear-based upselling is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. When we returned to pick up the SUV, his behavior escalated even further. He continued to direct inappropriate looks toward my wife and began asking personal questions that had absolutely nothing to do with the service. His demeanor and comments made her extremely uncomfortable, and it was clear this was not a one-time issue. What made his conduct even worse was the complete lack of respect he showed toward us as a married couple — openly behaving inappropriately toward my wife right in front of me. This type of conduct is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I am genuinely concerned he may be behaving this way toward other women as well. I strongly believe management needs to address this situation seriously and take appropriate action. My wife and I have purchased Honda vehicles for years and have consistently serviced our cars at this location. Unfortunately, after this experience, we no longer be coming back to this location

I had a bad experience with this Dealer Ship when I trade a lease then got another lease not good at all I am still very unhappy with what happened now I am trying to trade this car in. I got money from the lease but they put on my new lease without letting me know so be careful plus these sales people are not good at all will never return to this place again. Make sure have paper work printed contact print out to look at everything before signing anything. The small tablet does not show much so be careful.

I leased a 2024 Honda Prologue from Dublin Honda on March 23, 2025, and part of the deal included a Level 2 home charger, $500 installation credit, and $150 in EVgo credit to help cover public charging while I waited for the charger to be installed. I was told the charger would arrive in about 10 days. It’s now been six weeks, and I still don’t have it. I’ve reached out to the dealership multiple times and haven’t gotten a single call back. The installer told me that Honda asked if they had a spare charger they could give me—seriously? It sounds like no one knows what’s going on or is willing to take responsibility. The tracking supposedly shows the charger was shipped, but even the installer can’t confirm where it actually is. Meanwhile, I’m stuck paying for public charging when I should’ve been able to charge at home using my solar setup. This delay has been frustrating and unnecessarily expensive. I expected better from a dealership like Dublin Honda. Be cautious if you’re promised anything as part of a deal—they don’t seem to follow through.

I had an excellent experience at the Honda dealership in Dublin, thanks to Nick. He was incredibly attentive and quickly helped me resolve an issue with my car the same day. I was relieved that I didn’t have to leave my car there for days—the problem was fixed within an hour! Nick was very polite, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. His efficiency and customer service were outstanding. Highly recommend working with him!

NEGATIVE-00000000000000000 STARS!!!! My experience with Honda Dublin has been nothing short of a nightmare. I explained to them upfront how extremely important it was for me to purchase a car outright, without having to worry about monthly payments, as my life is already incredibly stressful due to my son’s serious medical condition. Despite this, they completely took advantage of me. They lied to me about the original car I purchased, claiming it was the “best used car on the lot” for under $14,000. That was absolute bulls**t!! The car turned out to be a complete lemon, and when I tried to resolve the issue, they refunded only $6,000 of the $13,500 I paid in cash. Then, they trapped me into financing a 2019 Honda Accord with 40,000 miles for an outrageous $33,000—pushing me into the exact situation I was trying to avoid. Their salespeople, especially Vince and his buddies, are nothing but liars who prey on vulnerable customers. I’ve reached out through multiple emails and messages left on their website, but I’ve been completely ignored. This dealership has caused me unnecessary stress and financial hardship during an already difficult time in my life. Honda Dublin doesn’t care about their customers; they only care about squeezing every last dollar out of you. If you’re considering buying a car here, run the other way.

Shockingly Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience I recently visited this dealership to purchase a vehicle, and the experience I had was deeply concerning. After completing a test drive, which went smoothly, I sat down with the salesperson, Manny, to discuss pricing. I had already received a competitive quote from another dealer, but I didn’t feel it was necessary to share that, as it was between me and the other dealership. As we continued discussing numbers, I made it clear that I didn’t think we could come to an agreement, given the significant difference in price. Instead of respectfully ending the conversation or offering a solution, Manny suddenly told me to “Go. Leave.” I was shocked by this outburst, and when I questioned him, he repeated it. I was left stunned and completely disrespected. A salesperson has no right to speak to a customer in such a manner, regardless of the negotiation process. What’s worse is that as I was leaving, he continued to show anger and disrespect toward me, even though I remained calm. It was completely uncalled for. I’m a respected machine learning engineer, and it was clear that Manny had zero respect for me or my time. This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but damaging to the dealership’s reputation. I strongly urge anyone considering a vehicle from here to think twice and seek out dealerships that treat potential customers with respect and courtesy. If this is how they treat someone during the buying process, I can only imagine how they handle post-purchase concerns or customer service. I will make sure this experience is highlighted in every review platform possible and across social media to ensure that others are aware of the unprofessionalism displayed here.
