Strss-less Honda CR-V Touring Purchase
Great place to buy a car! Though I pretty much new going in what I was wanting, had a print out of car and accessories I wanted, the sales team was very friendly and eager to help me with my purchase. I had a trade in and the offer on it was quick and reasonable. The salesperson went over all the features of my new car and made me feel at ease with my purchase. This was a "stress-less" sale! Thank you Team Ryan Honda.
If you have work done on your car, check it afterwards. There were scratches and nicks to paint and glass that were not previously there.
The first repair was not quite right, but they heard what I had to say and made it good. I love this Honda dealership. Great experience, they are always friendly and helpful. That's why I now own 3 Honda vehicles. Thank you.
Fast and efficient
It's so easy to schedule a maintenance, and work is done is an efficient manner.
price charged for tires not quoted price
I was told and shown figure of $89.00 for yokohama tire ($600.00 for 4 tires, alignment , and mounting tires) for Honda Accord. When I paid it was $ 723.94. I told lady quoted price was $600, she ran figures again and stayed firm. The print out showed tires @112.73. I wasn't given paper where the quote on tires was written (lesson learned) so I couldn't show it to her.
Refused to negotiate
The sales manager refused to accept our offer or negotiate with us when we offered 2k less than sticker price. Bought a Mazda instead. Won?t ever go back to Honda. I was even a returning customer, they had my name in there system. The sales manager left a bad taste in my mouth. I told everyone I knew in crossett about it.
