I bought a 2016 Chevy Equinox from Jacob Reynolds. Jacob was easy-going, but you can tell the salesmen really have no pull. This place has a decent selection, as in numbers, but they really don't give a xxxx about the quality or condition in which these vehicles are sold. Any work done to them previously, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR. AND I bought mine with ABS, Traction Control, AWD Turned Off, Service Stabilitrack lights and warnings, and ABSOLUTELY ZERO GAS. I had him run it for codes and it threw a C0035. The car also didn't have a cargo cover, so the spare tire was left exposed and obviously, you can't store anything without the cover. Not to mention rust, dents, and scratches, but that's minor. Boss man refused to negotiate much. Wouldn't even throw in a cargo floor cover. Back up camera was also faulty. Image went from extremely cloudy to completely blacked out on my way home. Motor started gurgling, checked oil, ABSOLUTELY NO OIL! I'M PRETTY SURE THEY JUST RESET THE OIL CHANGE LIGHT SO IT READ 100%, BUT DIDN'T ACTUALLY xxxxING CHANGE THE OIL. THIS IS MY THIRD EQUINOX. I AM VERY FAMILIAR WITH THEIR OIL CONSUMPTION AND THIS IS NOT IT! BONE xxxxING DRY. AND UNDER THE "OTHER TAXES" OR WHATEVER, I PAID FOR AN OIL CHANGE ON THIS VEHICLE! THIS PLACE IS A xxxxING SCAM! RUN!

They never called me or reached out to me about the car I was interested in

Major Buyer Beware. Almost all the vehicles we tested had codes, check engine lights, rusted including the frames, had one that the fuel light was on. They do not care as long as they get your money. Not very helpful salesmen. Did have one that was multitasking trying to help us and doing sales to other people too. The only helpful one, too bad I forgot his name.

I've worked at this establishment. Cars are from auction barely cleaned and sanitized and not inspected or looked over! BEWARE!!!

Sold me a lemon!! Battery was the wrong one for the Chevy trax! It was completely the wrong size and was flopping around on the suv. Then it had 4 mismatched tires. Now less than 10 days into owning the check engine light came on. It’s the turbo charger. That’s a $700 part without labor!! Checked online and there are tons of bad reviews and people turning them into the Better business bureau

This place is a sausage grinder. If your looking for sausage, then you found the right place. They buy auctioned cars (trade-ins that dealerships don’t want to sell.) They mark up the auction price and plop them in the yard for sale. Don’t expect anything more. Always get a pre-purchase inspection from one of the few nearby dealers. Talk to the inspector/mechanic about the company and you will likely hear the same story. It is possible to find a bargain, but you have to do your homework.

Vehicles that have low mileage seem nice at first. But after you test drive a vehicle you maybe interest in. You will find out that it has many problems like misfires, wheel bearings, steer wheel shakes when vehicle is idling and interiors are extremely dirty. When you tell the person you are working with the problems with the vehicle you test drove, they don't really care and just park it back where it was. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO NO ONE!!!!!!!!!
