Dealers like this are damaging to the Toyota brand. The Toyota Vallejo dealership has provided many misleading quotes for an all cash purchase of a Toyota... Prius 2018, stock number 57983, VIN number JTDKBRFU3J3077592. What was really bad (and the reason for this review) is that they confirmed this pricing many times by e-mail and by phone, including on the day that I was going to purchase the car. It became apparent on 11/23/2018 (Black Friday) that Toyota Vallejo never had any intent whatsoever of ever selling me that vehicle for anything even remotely close to the price provided. They have confirmed or "improved" the pricing on the same exact vehicle at least 6 different times between 11/2/2018 and 11/23/2018, including multiple times by phone (I had a number of administrative questions regarding my trade in vehicle, hence the multiple calls) and multiple times by e-mail. On 11/23/2018 (Black Friday) I was ready to purchase the vehicle, cash in hand. I called the dealership multiple times that day to make sure the car was still in stock (it was) and to confirm the agreed upon out the door price of $22037 OTD, which was confirmed multiple times by phone. I cleaned out the interior of my trade-in car (including child seats), and was filling it up with gas so I could make the drive to the dealership - and that's when I decided to get a written OTD statement. As soon as the dealership got my request - not only did the dealership immediately back out of it's $22037 verbally agreed upon OTD price, but they also backed out completely of sending me any OTD quotes whatsoever, and completely backed out of any previous quotes they provided on that same vehicle, even though they confirmed the price by phone at least 3 times in the morning and afternoon of 11/23/2018 and multiple times previously. The vehicle in question was still available to purchase on 11/23/2018. The dealership immediately backed out of the following (previously confirmed multiple times): 11/02/2018 quote of $20508 + tax & license with $1.5k rebate 11/07/2018 quote of exactly the same as 11/02/2018 11/22/2018 confirmation of $20308 + tax & license, with $2.0k factory rebate 11/23/2018 multiple confirmation of $22307 OTD as well as later $22007 OTD pricing. Dealers like this are damaging to the Toyota brand.
Vallejo Toyota was great. Not only did the find the exact car I was looking for they gave me a fair price. Nataly Diaz did a great job. Would come back... and even tell my friends to come all this way to get a car.
My wife and I had a great experience when we bought a new car at Toyota of Vallejo. I would like to thank our salesman, Dan Terruel, who was there for... us for any questions and concerns. Dan is knowledgeable and easy to work with but most of all he went above and beyond to make sure we're happy. All in all we are totally pleased with our purchased . The following week my son went to Dan to buy a new truck.

Found a 2005 RAV4L on Cars.com offered by Toyota Vallejo. First off I was impressed by how many pictures they posted on the site. Even though it was... an older vehicle with higher miles, the fact that this Toyota dealership had it for sale on their lot (most dealers would have put this out to auction) really intrigued me. The Carfax report that was provided looked great, save for a strange gap in maintenance early in its life (we would soon find out the answer to this mystery). I sent out a message and was quickly contacted by Nataly Diaz, Internet Sales Manager. She was very pleasant to talk with and so I made plans to make the hour drive from Sacramento to take a look at this SUV in person. When I arrived Nataly took me out to the RAV4 and my friend and I were immediately struck by how clean this 12 year old car was. It was incredibly well taken care of by the one owner. When I asked about the lack of maintenance from 2005-2007, Nataly explained that it was originally a dealer car and all maintenance work was done there at Toyota Vallejo and thus would not have been entered into the Carfax database. When it was eventually sold in 2007, the new owner was meticulous with oil changes, tire rotations and other necessary vehicle maintenance. The darn thing was clean, clean, clean inside and out and the fact it was icy green in color only made it that much more likeable. Nataly called it a unicorn and boy was it ever! We took it for a test drive and I knew then that this was the SUV for me. Nataly was terrific during the negotiations. She answered all my questions and took into account my finances. After some back and forth with her manager we arrived at a mutually satisfactory deal and without any heartburn or headache! I really think that it was Nataly that made this transaction happen and I felt like she really went to bat for me on it. She truly made it possible for me to get a car that I am just plain in love with. This buying experience was such a positive one that when it comes time to purchase new or used in the future, I will consider making the drive to do business with Toyota Vallejo and specifically Nataly Diaz again Thank you for my unicorn!

My 2006 Camry was totaled in a hit and run accident, so I wasn't looking forward to purchasing another car and having a car payment. In the midst of dealing... with the frustration of insurance companies and insurance adjusters, the last thing I wanted to do is wheel and deal for a car. However, Ricky listened to what I was looking for and worked with my brother and I to get a car that I was happy with and a monthly payment that fit my budget. I would highly recommend Ricky Mellomida at Toyota Vallejo if you are looking for a car.
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I went here about 5 days ago and wanted to see the Sienna LE and I got to test drive it. I asked for Kino, since my father had done... business with him years before and he took care of us right away when we got there. I loved the car but they did not have the color I wanted which was the dark grey so I put it off and searched online for one in the color I wanted. During my search I found a awesome deal on a SE fully equipped, I would silly not to take it, I was able to get the same deal here, although they did not have the color I wanted Kino kept in touch and not in the pushy way most salesmen are. I finally found the color I wanted at Hanlees in Richmond and went there a few days ago, I had the OTD price which according to them also included an additional $200 off and I was ready to just sign paperwork. However they tried to work me with numbers claiming my APR was 5.99% with 790 credit score, then they could drop the APR to 3.99% I laughed and walked away. How do you drop APRs? not only that I did my calculations for payments and they were giving monthly payments WITHOUT including my down payment!! THEY WERE RIPPING ME OFF!! What did I do? I called Kino after Toyota had closed and he called me right back!! I knew they did not have the color I wanted but the price was unbeatable and honestly the silver sky is a lot darker than their previous silver color cars (I have a silver corolla so I didn't want another car in the same color) I asked about APRs and he told me he would look into it. He found me a great APR A LOT lower for 72 months. I drove to Toyota yesterday after work and sat down with him. He didn't try to work me with numbers, as we had prearranged the price of the vehicle through e-mails, he was honest, told me what I could get the car for- REALISTICALLY, did not lie to me AT ALL and was very upfront, he brought me out a detailed sheet with all the prices and my OTD price and monthly payments. We signed paperwork and viola' The car is in my driveway! WHY DID I EVER WANT TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE?? My monthly payments are significantly less than they would have been if I signed with Hanlees even though they were dropping the car OTD 200$ more than Vallejo. All details of the car were shown to me prior to leaving and Kino and Jason made sure I understood all the features my car included. You want an honest salesman (I know who would of thought ) ASK FOR KINO!! THANK YOU SO MUCH KINO AND TOYOTA VALLEJO I LOVE MY NEW VAN!!
My lease ended on a Toyota Camry, so I return it a few months ago. I believe it’s a great car and I was totally satisfied. I wanted to lease the Camry... again. A friend recommended Vallejo Toyota and told me to ask for Jason Sangmaster. So I called him directly and let him know what I needed. He called back promptly letting me know the car was on the lot. He was pretty straight to the point and super nice, so I told him I’d be in the next day. The dealership was clean with a nice layout, everyone seemed to be happy, and Jason was ready for me once I walked in the door. We went for a quick test drive since I pretty much knew what I was getting except for the Bluetooth, which I love. We were able to settle on a lease agreement that I was comfortable with and helped me make the paperwork move quickly, explaining things along the way. He went over everything so I was aware of the terms of the lease. He was super friendly and down-to-earth. Then, I was directed to Rey Vergara’s office, who helped me through the finance end of it. He was great too. He explained everything and offered GAP, etc. with no pressure. Soon after, Jason took me to my new car and looked it over together. It was clean, had a full tank of gas and was ready to drive off the lot. I had my children with me so I was hoping things would not take too long. I was on the road with my new car in less than two hours – so sweet!! Buying/leasing a car can be stressful but it really was such a nice experience. I’ll be going back after my lease is up again. I highly recommend Jason Sangmaster as your Sales Consultant at Toyota Vallejo!
Pretty good experience with you guys overall but then was super disappointed to walk out to the car, receive our keys and find NO KEY FOB. They've been... standard with almost all cars for 10+ years, but we don't get one? Oh but you'll sell us one for $250? Would have been nice to know BEFORE we signed the papers. I doubt the key fob issue would have stopped us from buying but we sure would've liked to have been able to consider it before purchasing.... **Update** We ordered 2 key blanks for $50 online and were contacted by Toyota Vallejo. They were willing to cut and program our new keys with fobs at no additional cost....I would have to say at this point we are fully satisfied and happy with our purchase and our experience at Toyota Vallejo
