Great experience overall - and I love my car!

I am a first-time MB buyer and loved the experience start to finish. I was treated with respect, not hard-sold things I didn't need, I was given the time I needed, and when in a rush, was accommodated. I also got a fair price for my trade-in with a good experience there as well.

Bad Experience

Please know that the 4wd system on the 2007 Sequoia advertised on this site as of 5/2/21 does not work. We did not know this nor were we informed of this prior to driving from Fresno to Walnut Creek to see it. The staff appeared surprised when we asked about the issue and after the tried unsuccessfully to get it to work they offered to take $1000 off the price. We were also asked if this feature was important to us. Yes, working drivetrain is very important to me. We decided not to take the risk considering fixing this issue would be an unknown quantity and considering they did not disclose it, even though their ad says it was inspected by an expert technician. It was a frustrating experience and frankly avoidable had they been upfront from the beginning.

My first Mercedes-Benz!

Purchase of 2021 C300 Coupe
