Review for service department: I went to Walnut Creek Honda recently, and I will never go there again. The shorter service manager is a rude, condescending, poor excuse for a human. My Honda sedan driver-side seatbelt does not retract well, and the buckle frequently ends up in the door well so that the door does not close all the way when I get out. This person saw no problem with this, and told me so with attitude so thick that I could have cut it with a knife. It's the second time someone there has been way less than helpful. I called another dealership, and the service manager (who was, thank God, polite and helpful) told me to try washing the belt and letting it dry. If that did not fix the problem, he said to bring it in to be fixed at no cost (as it is under warranty). So now I wonder: Does WC Honda discourage warranty repairs for some reason? Do they not generate that much revenue? The way I was treated makes me think that the likely answer is yes. And this place charges way more for repairs and parts than reputable local independent shops. In this same area, compare them with Frank's, N Service, Frank and Paul's, et cetera. The shops I named give excellent service at much less cost. Oh yes: I see that many of the negative reviews for WC Honda get a response from their damage control person explaining how they are really there only to provide good service with a smile. Please: Don't insult me with that garbage. I can see from a lot of the reviews that this is not an isolated incident. You would be better spending your energy working on the issue on your own end. So thanks for the great service... not!

Seamless sales experience!
My experience with Jack, my salesperson was very good. He was professional, helpful and informative. He took a lot of time to explain the “bells and whistles”. That, and the fact that I spent time in going over the handbook, made me feel confident in driving my new HRV. I have no doubt that when service is needed, the parts and mechanical folks will be just as conscientious as Jack was as my salesperson.

They replaced the starter on my 2007 CRV... runs like a champ again now ! Walnut Creek Honda does very high-quality work... Great service... I would definitely recommend their shop!

Awesome Customer Service
My experience with Walnut Creek Honda was a good one. Everyone was very helpful, especially John D, Basilio C and Allen M. They were all very knowledgeable it made buying a car less painful . Would definitely recommend.

No pressure and friendly sales people
Found the Odyssey we wanted online. Mark and Jeanne were friendly, helpful, and allowed us time to think without pressure. Made an offer, they countered, we thought about for a few days and made a second offer by text message. They accepted. Took about one hour in the office to complete the paperwork. Smoothest and simplest process I've ever had.

Oil change and tire rotation
