In the past my service has been going. This particular issue has been not good at all. My Q screen is cracking in my cadillac and I tried to get it replaced for free I was told they can't do this but they offered me a low repair Price so I said yes because I need it as you all now the Q screen controls the Bluetooth air-conditioning etc. No one has reached out for the fix. And no one can tell me why it happens and how to prevent it from happening all I Hear is its common so in that case why should we have to pay for a defect. Just saying 👀

Thank you for your review and we totally understand and empathize with your situation which is why we went above and beyond on your behalf by contacting Cadillac the manufacture that builds the vehicle and the Cue Screen and got them to authorize to cover all but $148.61 of a $1600 replacement. You mention that we did not get back to you, however you had told us you were going to reach out to Cadillac to get 100% of the repair covered so were respecting your time and allowing you to do this. I apologize if you felt different. Please contact your Advisor David Johns to schedule your Cue screen replacement. 925-934-9300

Car was there for two weeks. 125 miles later on my sports car I get it back with no gas. Had to get gas before my 6 mile drive home. But having the foreman drive my car home was no problem to figure out the problem, but having been told me he lives 45 miles away would have been a good thing to know. Or were they just joy riding my 560hp sports car. Be cautious people.

Great customer service and clean facility. The only negative is I’ve asked 3 times for an extended warranty and they keep telling me they’ll get back to me, but have not.
