Terrible Service

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was racially profiled! My personal belongings was stolen out of my vehicle on the property of Mercedes Benz of Oakland. I was told by the Manager Giovanni Bondoc that their property is locked and secured. No response in two months from management. Today I received a phone from Mr. Bondoc stated that Mercedes Benz does not cover personal property inside vehicles on their property.

Terrible Service

My 1st Mercedes-Benz

$110k is quite a bit to spend on a vehicle that I don't need so the service should feel different, almost like you are paying for special treatment...we that is just what I got. I feel great about the whole thing and I will be a Mercedes-Benz driver for life now! Gave it almost a month before writing this review but I am in love and want to world to know. Just don't get the same exact car as me :)

Love my new GLC!!!

I came in just to browse...left with a new ride! I took my grandmother to shop at Sprouts next door and figured I'd burn a few calories and walked over to MB just to walk around. I was enjoying conversation with a very friendly and funny, Rome. I was curious what my old Bimmer was worth so we walked over and drove it back and appraised it...next thing I know, I'm picking up Nana in my new GLC!!! This was so quick and smooth, it should be illegal :)

Happy Shopper

I came in looking for a Car. From the moment I pulled in, I was treated like Royalty. Thank you to my Salesman, who never once pressured me, yet instead he was ever so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you to Krystal, who went out of her way to Greet me. Thank you to the GM, who came out to Greet me and make sure I was well taken Care of. I love my Mercedes-Benz! I will definitely be servicing it here, and referring everyone to you Guys!! :-)

Horrible Horrible Horrible

Just go to a different dealer. Horrid purchasing experience, couldn't get them to clean and deliver the car, when they did oops, they forget to get payment from me on the car, and every time I have gone in there not only is the car not ready, it is not fixed, and it is always someone else's fault! Just wait wait and wait, you get I'm sorry, but that never stops and neither does the bad service

Better than the rest!

They wouldn't discuss price over email or phone and insisted I come in for the best price and although annoyed, I did and I actually left with a better deal than the 2 other dealerships I was considering...didn't expect that! Thanks, guys. My sales persons were Phil and Kurt.

Felt like family here!

I worked with Kurt on one day and loved him but when I dropped in unannounced 2 days later he wasn't in and I didn't want to have to travel back in for San Jose again! I had the pleasure of working with Rome who was so sweet and got me my new white CLA!!! Claudia was the manager and she is lovely also. Thank you all so much.
