    We unfortunately had the worst experience at Mercedes Benz Oakland. I have been looking at a specific car that they had and have been talking to the sales... rep at this dealership over the last 10 days. I had a very strict budget in mind and no doubt it was low for this car but I was very upfront with the salesman that I am looking at this model both for used or new options and wanted to check given the model was going through a body change and style in the next couple of months - if there are some additional manufactures discount that would make buying the new one viable in my budget. I was also upfront that I didn't want to come in if we were really apart on our numbers as I had a 45 min drive each way from Milpitas to Oakland and his initial quote and my budget were quite apart. The sales rep said he has been talking to his manager and can definitely work something out and said that he understood my numbers and even if they couldn't meet them they could come close (and even assured me to pay for my gas if they couldn't - have this in text conversations :)). So I made an appointment and came in with my wife and my 3 year old; first the salesperson was busy for 30 minutes with another client even though we had an appointment. We test drove the car and couple of hours later when we finally sat down and his manager came (who he had assured was aware of our conversations and my numbers.) He basically give me the initial quote that the salesperson had given me which I had told the salesperson was completely not in my budget. I asked if him if him and the salesperson had aligned on our chats; he said they couldn't do anything else and just stood up and rudely left! I have bought many cars in my life including a Benz's and you expect a certain level of professionalism at a luxury car dealership. This was appalling - I don't expect the dealership to make every deal as I completely understand that they have a profit to make but I do expect professionalism and integrity. It was really frustrating and demeaning experience when I clearly talked about my budget and even asked the salesperson to be open if that is a bridge too far and in that case I would focus my search of used cars of the same model. And despite knowing that and assuring me to come in with my wife and our 3 year old and drive 45 minutes back and forth and wasted 2 hours at the dealership to rudely say we can't even counteroffer your anything - pretty unbelievable. Rudest and most disinterested Sales Manager I have met and a very unprofessional operation. Very surprised to see that at a Benz Dealership as my previous experiences at Fletcher Jones and Autobahn Benz were great. Go to one of those dealers in the bay area I would suggest.

    Great customer service, made an appointment was there on time was seen on time, test drove one vehicle sales person explained everything prior to his leaving... the facility is just great customer experience.

    we were greeted by the nicest person on earth, they appraised our car while doing the walk around their dealership. My boyfriend ended up leasing a sweet... Benz. Ask for Teddy and kevin when get there, super easy buying way.

    Overall good experience with my purchase here. They offered a very fair deal on my dream car with only 2,900 miles. However, I traded in a 2017 sports... car and didn't fare so well on that valuation. Despite the numbers game and quite a bit of pressure to come to the dealership, they did what I asked. Friendly and professional sales team who did what they said they would.

    I brought a used Mercedes Benz for trade-in yesterday in Mercedes Benz of Oakland, and I met Graeme , Parrinello, he was a very professional, polite and... knowledgeable gentleman. He knows exactly what I wanted to trade. And he got me approved within 30 minutes, every quick and responsive! I successfully trade in with the 2014 E class which I found it very satisfied. Not only that, he also gave me some free gifts! Since the 2014 isn't ready until next week, he got me a brand new E class as loaner. I really like this guy!!

    Was shopping for a used car and had the mot wonderful experience with Claudia in finance ,Ted , who sold me the car of my dreams and everyone at Mercedes... of Oakland !! Could not have had an easier or more delightful experience buying a used car!! I am so happy floating along in my E350!!

    Walked in with an old car, very low on cash and walked out in a new mercedes on the same day. Great customer service, Graeme is the best. Made everything... very easy and convenient. No rush, took my time and found what I wanted. Excellent as 15 on a scale of ten.

    For me, buying a new car is more about the process than the end result. Of course it matters what I end up with, but when I really feel listened to the... results are always good. That's why I love MB of Oakland. They're certainly not perfect in every way, but they've made an effort to build a relationship with me,. Andie B in particular is great. She helped me lease a super hard to find GLC 300 and went above and beyond, answering all my questions in detail and getting me exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend you work with her!

    I had an extremely bad experience here and will never do business with this dealership. I put in a deposit for a new ML 350 with a sales person (Harvey... Liddel) and later learned that night I had gotten an initial on-line response from another dealership, which is $3,500 less than what I paid for. I went into the store the next day, asking for a comp. The sales manager, Luke Smith asked me to go to that store to get a confirmed written offer to proof what I told him. You know that is almost impossible to have any dealership to put that in writing. After he left, the sales person told me that the Sales Manager will never talk with me because I insulted him. He continue to say that he felt that I seriously insulted him and not trusting him that I got the best price. I went to the other store and got the licence plate and vehicle ID number for the same model that they are willing to sell at $3,500 less and I call Luke Smith. He then verified that I said I was true before he commit to a price matching. The experience was extremely bad. Just for the curiosity, I called two days later to their on-line department and I got an offer, which is another $1,500 (for a whopping $5,000 less) less. So don't be fooled by the smiling faces by the sales person. Go to another Mercedes Dealship
