While driving gle 450, car stopped suddenly in middle of

While driving gle 450, car stopped suddenly in middle of the road. We were asked to come out of car and wait for fuel to be filled in while salesman drove us back. Vehicle was not even checked before taking for test drive. Not at all good experience

My wife and I came to the dealership (MB of Oakland)

My wife and I came to the dealership (MB of Oakland) since we were on market for GLC 300 vehicle. Our salesman Chris was very friendly, honest and willing to help us get the car we wanted. We also got to meet a lot of friendly people there who treated us well during the whole purchase experience: - Chris (sales) showed us the inventory and was very knowledgeable during the test drive. He helped us to find the car in another state and was willing to transfer it to the dealership (*without an extra cost for us). Also, we really appreciated that he didn't try to sell us accessories we didn't want. - Dearan (manager) was respectful and delivered what he promised. He did a great job helping us to get the deal on the car we liked (even though it was over our budget), plus he made the price discussion process enjoyable and not stressful for us. We felt treated with respect and understanding (especially when we asked a million clarification questions). - Louis (used car manager) was friendly and we started our conversation even before buying the car. Even though we decided not to trade it our first car - he was fast and careful in making an assessment of the trade-in car. - Ken (finance manager) has most of the patience of all since we were asking a lot of questions on the contract just to understand it in full. He answered all of them in a calm way, and was transparent about all the in-and-outs of numbers. - Ted (sales) showed us all the features of our new car, answered a lot of questions and even gave us a call two days later to make sure we get our way to the car and if we have additional questions. We appreciate all the hard work of the Dealership of Oakland. It was very good experience for us and we enjoyed our time purchasing the car.

Terrible Service

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was racially profiled! My personal belongings was stolen out of my vehicle on the property of Mercedes Benz of Oakland. I was told by the Manager Giovanni Bondoc that their property is locked and secured. No response in two months from management. Today I received a phone from Mr. Bondoc stated that Mercedes Benz does not cover personal property inside vehicles on their property.

Terrible Service

My experience with this dealership was excellent from...

My experience with this dealership was excellent from beginning to end. This is my first new car purchase and I am now a Mercedes loyalist for life. Thank you to Kurt, Roy and Ted for making the experience truly wonderful. There were no up sales. Kurt really listened to what I wanted and tried to work with me to get what I needed while not upping the price for the sake of a bigger sale. I really appreciate that and it won my trust. Kurt also arranged for me to receive an alternate vehicle - despite the inventory backlog - that is nearly the same as the one I ordered due to an unexpected move out of state. Getting the car early is going to really help my life over the next year. Thank you to Kurt and his whole team.

Purchasing my MBZ from this dealership could not have been more pleasant and professional! I was treated like a valued client from the first call and throughout the buying process. I took my 2015 Ml350 4 magic for 60k service. The service...

I took my 2015 Ml350 4 magic for 60k service. The service came with a Lala we, however I did not receive a car wash. The car was dirty as before, no additional service as I received during earlier service. Was dissappointed

My 1st Mercedes-Benz

$110k is quite a bit to spend on a vehicle that I don't need so the service should feel different, almost like you are paying for special treatment...we that is just what I got. I feel great about the whole thing and I will be a Mercedes-Benz driver for life now! Gave it almost a month before writing this review but I am in love and want to world to know. Just don't get the same exact car as me :)
