My Experience with Auto Chiefs was great. I had no experience in purchasing vehicles or even owning one, the guys here made my first purchase definitely memorable answering any question I had and even providing recommendations for other purchases such as insurance companies to join. I appreciate the consideration they treated my like one of their own this is a great place to do business. My car was in great condition a fairly new 2012 Chevrolet Impala with great miles and it rides smoothly I left the dealership feeling great

'Auto Chiefs' gave me Five-Star service across the board. At no time was I worried, pressured, or confused. We worked out a sweet deal for a stock WRX, with a great history. I mentioned a couple concerns, and they replaced and tested every single one with speed and efficiency, at no cost extra. I feel that this car could not have gone through a better dealership. Everyone there has an expertise and they all work as a team to make sure your car is up to your standards, and a little extra. This is a professional car dealership and more, with a very relatable, down to earth feel. They stand by their cars and work well together. All of my work on this car will be done right back here at Auto Chiefs because I know they understand my needs and my vehicle. Incredibly smart and well informed staff. I bought a 2009 Lincoln Town Car from the Auto Chiefs team. They were very attentive, friendly and sincere. They followed up afterwards to make sure the car was performing and I was happy. It was a real pleasure working with them.

I just purchased a Toyota Sequoia. Being someone who depends on a vehicle to be reliable, I explained how important it was (MUST BE) that this used vehicle would not leave me stranded. Jermaine and Nick both said not to worry. There was a little glitch that needed worked on, they took care of it right away. Another small glitch with the heating, and Nick said to, "bring it back, we'll fix it!" Jermaine even took me to DMV to get my Title for trade-in worked out. I had ordered rims from another company that let me down, but Jermaine stepped in and found what I needed and had them delivered! Thus far, these guys have treated me with respect, honesty, and are going the extra mile for me. I actually wondered if they treated everyone this way, and it must be, seeing the reviews I have read. I would recommend and WILL recommend to another. Also, when I am looking to purchase another in the next year or so, I will put Jermaine on the trail to find it for me. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR 2011 TOWN CAR LOW MILAGE, BLACK FOR A YEAR BUT WAS UNABLE TO FIND ANY EXCEPT ON THE WEST COAST, I FOUND IT AT AUTO CHIEFS. I SPOKE WITH NICK OVER THE PHONE HE SEEMED HONEST BUT HERE WAS MY CONCERN I AM IN NEW YORK. THINK ABOUT IT A NEW YORKER TRADING AND BUYING A VECHILE IN VIRGINA SOUND TRICKEY!! ISENT THEM PHOTOS OF MY AUTO WE SPOKE MADE A GENTLEMENS AGREEMENT ON PRICE STILL SOMEWHAT APPREHENSIVE I MADE THE 500 MILE TRIP. MUCH TO MY PLEASURE I FOUND THEM TO BE MEN OF THIER WORD. THEY STOOD BY THIER PRICE AND THEN SOME THEY ARE HONEST,RESPECTFUL,COURTIOUS. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO MAKE THE TRIP AGAIN TO BUY FROM THEM, I WOULD EVEN RECOMMEND TO MY DAUGHTER!!!!!!!!!!!

Our months-long search for a car ended when we pulled into Auto Chiefs in Fredericksburg, VA. And it ended well, with satisfaction and pride. We love the car we drove off the lot... clean, great driving, and a head turner. Raj and Nick made the car buying experience so pleasant with great customer service and a speedy closing of the deal (dreaded this part the most in the past). Recently I found myself in need of a used truck and while doing an Internet search and found one that interested me at Auto Chiefs. Never having purchased a used vehicle before, I was concerned as to what type of customer service I would receive as car dealers do not necessarily have the best reputation. My fears were put to rest by Rick and Marcus; in fact, I do not believe I have ever had a better car buying experience. I never felt pressured during the process, I was dealt with honestly, was shown the Carfax report, and negotiated with fairly. The process was smooth and quick. In fact, Rick even delivered the truck to me as a courtesy. Even though their mechanic, Rodney, had checked the truck over thoroughly Ford indicated a few regular maintenance items that they recommended be dealt with. Even though the truck was bough As Is, Rick helped me out with the repairs at a much reduced rate from what Ford quoted. He could have said "you bought the car As Is, so what you got is what you got", but during the purchase process he had told me that Auto Chiefs stands by their products and he was a man of his words. To anyone looking for a used vehicle, I can highly recommend Auto Chiefs. Everyone at the dealership that I interacted with gave 5-Star Customer Service. And if I ever find myself in need of another used vehicle, you can be sure they will be my first stop.

Nick rich and Raj great guys! These guys went above and beyond customer service for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality vehicle I purchased a 2002 Ford F 150 3 months agoand started having transmission problems. Nicktoad my vehicle back to their beginning fix the problem give me a ride home and delivered my vehicle when fixed. The truck runs perfect now was excellent! thank you Nick rich and Raj! J. Lopez
