I found a vehicle I was ready to buy and was flexible with payment—either financing or cash. Even though the price looked good, I tried contacting the dealer multiple times—five times, to be exact—and every single time they promised to work on it quickly but never got back to me. It was a very unprofessional and disrespectful experience. It feels like a scam, and the advertised price was absolutely unrealistic. I knew from the start it probably wouldn’t happen, but I just wanted to see how they’d act.» This should give potential buyers a good heads-up!

Service department lacked communication, ordered wrong
Service department lacked communication, ordered wrong part, couldn’t get new part to program and needed specialist. Same issues after picking car up, second visit same thing technician could not get car to program and the communication was horrible. Both times we picked up “completed” vehicle there were extra bolts and parts laying around. This dealership is not in favor of the customer. I highly recommend using one of the other many local dealerships not affiliated with the Ourisman name.

I had tried for a year to get an appt to get a recall
I had tried for a year to get an appt to get a recall fixed. Taking the car in and the check-in process was very easy. When I finally got the appt I was told I could get a shuttle ride home. But then I was told they only drove about 10 miles at the time I went in. I did get a ride home but I t was not a seamless process.

Took my jeep in for a check and they found problem with battery but wanted to run additional test because of how jeep was riding. I think if its simple things like oil change than this deal for you. Anything complicated don't go here

Another service provider successfully identified and resolved the problem, confirming that the battery was not the cause. Concerns: Your technicians at the dealership lack proper training and expertise, making them unable to handle more complex repairs. Expectation: The dealership should take responsibility for the poor service, improve technician training, and focus on ensuring their staff can handle all necessary repairs—or limit their services to basic maintenance like washing cars and changing oil.
