Great experience. Don't confuse this place with other dealerships with the same name . I saw where someone else said sold their car while in for service which can't be done in any way whatsoever anywhere but assume they thought this was a different dealer thats buy here pay here. and my APR was great as its always based on the persons credit since they use credit unions, banks and finance companies.

Bought car took in for repairs and they sold it out from under me before the first payment was due don't go here very bad business

This was the first time that I purchased an automobile on my own. I am a widow, older person, female, and needed trustworthy advice and help. I found the car I was interested in on their web site and went to the dealership. Billy Whittaker, greeted me and made me feel comfortable. He found the car I could afford and one just right for my needs that is more than I expected to be able to obtain. This was an enjoyable comfortable experience for me and I know that they are there for me if I should need help with the car. My anxiety was lifted and I know I could not have done this without Billy and the dealership.

I was supposed to get the car for 3days for test but when i got there they already had a finance company with all the paper work done.I was mislead by sales man and other man about the warranty. I was played until the 30 day warranty was up,but they still didn't go by the warranty papers on windows of the car, also had to get it refinance because of how much the Apr was on the loan.Very dissatisfied and confused how they did this.

Bought a car back in January from charlie great sales person. The dealer worked me to get a great car for my wife. Needless to say we just went back and bought a truck from them as well. Love the dealer and great people to buy from. Matter in fact I am sending my friends and family to them.

I found H&H on cars.com and boy were they the best deal around! Being from Wytheville, there are many other dealers to choose from at a closer distance than Galax, but these guys are worth the trip! I would have driven hours to see them if I had to! I traded in my 2000 Honda Accord for a Certified Pre-Owned 2010 model and was more than satisfied when I drove away in my new ride!
