Hansel Honda Petaluma Buyer beware!!!! Bought preowned Honda sent home with an empty tank of gas. Armor All wore off to expose multiple scratches and defects. Battery died within two weeks needing to be replaced by me. Now had an incident with parking break not releasing. Absolutely no compassion or help from nasty customer service? Don’t go there:(

It’s your fault they sell lemons
We helped my mom get a certified pre-owned Honda Civic here. The car was gorgeous, only a few years old, had low mileage. Perfect for the little driving she does around town. Within a few months of bringing it home, the battery died. I was (and remain) unsatisfied with the BS that most of the staff tried to serve me up saying something like, “this is the original battery and it’s reached it’s life expectancy” or some other crap. So they’re selling cars knowing that you’ll be back in a several weeks for a new battery after spending several thousands on a new car? xxxxxxxxx. Didn’t review then because I thoughts, that’s xxxxed up but fine. I made a stink and they “gave” me a new battery. Now, it’s my mom’s first summer with the car and we’ve come to find out the air conditioning doesn’t work. Probably never has given that they knowingly sold her a car with a soon to be expired battery and tried to shrug it off. I’m pissed off that I’ll have to take it in AGAIN and will most likely have to buy more parts because they’d sold us junk and won’t take responsibility for it. This car keeps disappointing and almost no one at the dealership is straight with me. I’d recommend going to another dealership.

Poor Customer Service Experience
Inquired about a Civic Type R last week. Few days pass and I get a text message from a very pushy online Salesman. Told him multiple times I was not ready to sign any paperwork. I was upfront about my situation and pricing I was looking for. At first it was all friendly and then he became passive aggressive. I do not feel I deserved this. The interaction is crazy to me! I suppose I'll take my money somewhere else.

Pretty Good Experience
My last two trips to buy a car were at small dealers, with the last one ending up with me buying a car that ended up being more of a headache than I was truly willing to deal with. Coming to a reputable large dealership, I was a bit apprehensive the staff may be a bit pushy or wouldn't really be able to make me feel like they cared, but I was pleasantly surprised. I sent a request for more info on a car on a Friday night & Manny got back to me the next morning to make an appointment for me to come by & take a look. He answered all my questions, got all my needs taken care of & even got me a better deal on my financing & took my old car. I also can rest easy knowing I can come back if there are any issues so I will definitely be keeping them in mind when it comes time for me or any of my friends to get a car.

Go See Eddy Godinez at Hansel Honda
Eddy was so wonderful with helping me find the right car. I went in thinking I could only get a used car, he gave me options to a brand new Accord, as well as the used. I couldn't believe the new car was an option, which I am now the proud owner of. He was understanding of my time and budget. He even let my daughter "help" him when I brought her along. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Eddy Godinez and his management team. Two thumbs way up for Honda!!

Having previously worked for a car dealership, my car-buying scrutiny comes from experience. When I purchased my Honda FIT from Hansel Honda, I was extremely pleased with their service. Kevin was my sales person and was wonderful! He is very knowledgeable about both the Honda brand and automobiles in general. Even though it was raining, he made a few trips outside to get vehicles of my interest. The test drive covered things the average person would not think to test. The Sales Manager made sure I got a great deal and worked though some difficulties with ease. The Finance Mgr, was full of joy and made things seamless. Their follow-up has been thorough and pleasant. Overall, I felt very comfortable and knew I was getting honest, direct service. I give very high recommendation to Kevin Miller and Hansel Honda. Though this is a dealership review, not vehicle, I want to say I LOVE the Honda FIT! Great space, configurations and gas mileage.

Hard to please
I am a very hard to please car buyer, especially when I have a vision in mind of what I want and how much I want to spend. Scott said when I first sat down, "After this, you wont be buying cars from anyone else". He and Jasmine provided such great customer service and made the process really easy, so I have to admit, he was right!
