Friendly and informed service technicians. The dealer is very clean and a nice place to wait while your car is being worked on. Kind of silly, but the bathrooms are top notch, and makes it nice when working from the service center!

Great service... again

I had to repair my Acura TL recently, 11/11/2019, in the Corte Madera dealership. My concern was that I had very tight personal schedule and it might be a problem for me to be able to pickup my car in time. Thanks to Ryan, everything was managed very well and I was very happy to get my car fixed, washed and shining exactly when I had time to pick it up. My special thanks are to Ryan, Don and all the technical staff in this dealership for doing very good service with consistency and courtesy of high class! Elena.

Above and Beyond

Edmond really goes above and beyond to service his clients. He even hand delivered our newly leased 2020 MDX Advance Package right to our home. He then spent the time with us that you would expect at the dealership. Edmond has great people skills. I highly recommend him and the entire Marin Team for your next vehicle!

The only thing better than 2020 Acura RDX I just leased is the service I received from Edmund Kim! This is the second car I have acquired with Edmund's help. He is above and beyond the best!

Another great service for my 2016 ILX

I've owned 8 Acuras since 1993. I've purchased all of them at Marin Acura, until I moved out of the area and purchased my last Acura in another state. Returning to Marin, I purchased my 9th Acura two years ago from Marin Acura...and always rely on their outstanding service.

Just leased my 2020 MDX. Marin Acura only place I go due to Edmond Kim in sales and JP in financing and service department. This is my too many to count purchase from Marin Acura. Alex and his team make it so easy to continue to use them. I can’t rec everyone here enough. The service dept is another reason .

Sales Consultant Edmond Kim and Finance Manager Jean...

Sales Consultant Edmond Kim and Finance Manager Jean Pierre were absolutely amazing. I knew what I wanted, terms pricing - was done in under 1.5 hours including a test drive! They made my experience buying a car easy and affordable getting me the lowest rate even beating my credit union! Highly recommend this Team!

Ryan has done great service for me!

I had a recall service for my Acura TL 3.2 2003 on 09/01/2019 and Ryan has done fabulous service for me. He dispatched all the necessary services and then explained every single item of the long list of problems my car had and he helped me out to understand all the factors to be considered to make a decision. He demonstrated very nice personality, great professional knowledge and charming courtesy. Jmsaul

Jean-Pierre tried to rip me off by adding extended warranties I did not request. Manager exerted too much pressure. Salesman was polite but because I’m a woman I was offered much less for my used car.
