I've been purchasing cars from the same dealership for the past 30 years. My third car-buying experience was so seamless we had the pleasure of meeting with Christine and she completely made sure we were comfortable and informed every step of the way. Marin Acura was phenomenal in their service- I had been looking for a new 4Runner and not only did they find the perfect one for me and my family, but they even delivered it to my home in Reno! The whole transaction was smooth, prompt, and stress free and now, I get to enjoy my new car just in time for snow season. I just leased a 2024 Acura Integra A-Spec Tech from Marin

I just leased a 2024 Acura Integra A-Spec Tech from Marin Acura. This dealership is beautiful, clean and bright, and the cars are well displayed. There is a spacious parking lot where you can park your car while you are looking around. I dealt with Jean-Pierre Kabbara and Christy Toleu, both of whom were professional, helpful and nice. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or lease. Christy spent a lot of time with me. I test drove three cars and, when I decided on the Integra, she patiently explained all the high Tech features to me. I cannot speak highly enough of Marin Acura and of Jean- Pierre and Christy. I got a good deal, and I love my new Integra! Thanks Marin Acura!

DON'T BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM!

In Aug/Sept. 2022, my daughter was looking to purchase a used car. She found an older model Acura (2008- the only car she could afford). They sold her the car with high mileage, of course, as expected but stated it was a good car. Less than a week later, the car died in the middle of the street. Come to find out the battery was bad and my daughter had to purchase a new battery (>$100). That was installed and the car ran ok, fast forward December the car died again! She had the car towed back to Marin Acura to run a diagnostic and find out it was the alternator. They didn't have an Acura (Honda) alternator and had to install an off brand. The total cost was over $700 and they only credited her for 1/2 of the diagnostic, which was approximately $120. She had to pay for the rest. In my opinion this is unethical... I understand that it was used, but they should have covered the entire amount. It's just wrong!

Friendly staff, no pressure to close any deals right

Friendly staff, no pressure to close any deals right away. They also honored their online quote which is great. Only pain point was all the documents that needed to be signed but that was to be expected.
