Told me I needed a new battery and eat proofing.

Told me I needed a new battery and eat proofing. They didn't know they had already rat proofed the car. I declined the new battery. AAA came to my home with a computer that Checked my battery. I was told by AAA that I didn't need a new battery as I had at least 2 and 1/2 years to go on the battery I had. When I called Toyota to complain I was told the men in the service department get a comission on what they sell.

Kevin Nguyen was pleasant, considerate, and very, very

Kevin Nguyen was pleasant, considerate, and very, very knowledgable about the Prius we purchased. It was extremely important to him that I (the primary person to drive the Prius) felt comfortable with the car, explaining as much as my brain could take in at one time. He not only sent me a tutorial but offered to help me in person at any time in the future. Mr. Reilly did his best to make us feel comfortable and was clear about our options for extra purchases. The finance manager (Nathan Casillas, I believe) did his job well, meaning he was quick and efficient and did everything possible to convince us to buy a warrantee. That was exhausting.

Crooks.

Crooks... Went in for an alternator issue, they said I needed a new wiring harness, quoted me almost $7000. I had my truck towed back home, replaced the alternator and it's been running for 3 months. Will never waste another 125 assessment fee again. They also left part of the vehicle disassembled and the hardware was sitting on the firewall.. Bad service, dishonest evaluation. Never again SC Toyota..

The car I had identified online was the first they showed

The car I had identified online was the first they showed us, and we bought it at the advertised price. Very friendly. Then there was a lot of waiting and paperwork before we were turned over to Finance, where the forms to initial came fast and furious. All turned out ok.

I came to look at cars, was sold one I really didn't

I came to look at cars, was sold one I really didn't want, and despite, putting $3,000 down and have excellent credit, I was charged triple the interest rate for a 2017 new used Subaru. I was also talked into signing up for every single extra, as well as fabric and paint protection. The protection never happened; I just go the runaround; when I tried using one of my other services, like lost keys, I was given the runaround, treated with derision and sarcasm and, ultimately, denied with. no explanation. I am now stranded. I am a senior citizen and wonder if I have been taken advantage of. I regret the purchase; wish could take it back.

Worst place for car repairs.

Worst place for car repairs. I spent over $4000 in repair work THEY said I needed. My car doesn't run any different than it did when I took it in. They have had it 2 month & I get it back today, my car is trashed. My seat panels were taken off, I have no idea why, but I can't get the passenger panel back on right. I am so upset, shaking & crying. I have never felt so screwed over by a company!!!

I bought a certified used Tacoma from these guys.

I bought a certified used Tacoma from these guys. Everything seemed to work out fine except for a couple things. There were dents that they agreed to fix that were not repaired well and I was not in a position to demand they redo those repairs. AND they NEVER informed me that the truck was bought at Auction from North Carolina, so I was not buying an original California vehicle! So the premium price for a CA originating vehicle was not justified. Seems like that should be stated clearly in the paperwork. Then, when they delivered the vehicle it had somehow not been weighed? Properly so we had to go to get it weighed fsfr. Some things to look out for if you decide to shop here.
