Left my car overnight as it was going to be late in the
Left my car overnight as it was going to be late in the day when ready. Called the next morning to make sure it was done. Left a message. After two hours I called back and the service gal said she would ask my service rep to call me. She couldn’t tell if the car was done or not. I called back again 4 hours later and left another message to make sure my cat was ready. After 2 more hours and no call back I called for the shuttle and went to the dealership. My car was ready and I mentioned how many times I had called and left messages. No apologies. I will not be using your service in the future.

The service personnel are always polite and punctual. Communication with a dealership is clear and complete. I always know when my car is going to be done, and I'm usually pleasantly surprised to know that it will be done early.
