After making the decision to purchase a 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat, I surfed the Internet to check on availability. This led me to Larry H. Miller Dodge and one other dealership. The Scottsdale dealership I contacted told me that, no, they did not have the car on their premises, but expected it to arrive in 2-3 days. I later found that this was a mistake, since the Plum Crazy-colored Challenger wasn't due for "another 2-3 WEEKS." Meanwhile, after an online inquiry, a man by the name of Charlie Favreau from Larry Miller Dodge e-mailed back to me that they had both a Challenger Hellcat and a Charger Hellcat sitting in their showroom. I was not aware that the Hellcat was available in a sedan. Not only did the Charger fit my needs better, but it looked meaner than the Challenger. I hesitated to buy a car on the west side of town, since I usually prefer a dealership closer to my residence, but, boy, am I ever glad that I took the freeway to check out this car. From the moment I arrived there, I knew that this experience was going to be different from all my past dealings. (I'm not a spring chicken, so I have had many.) First of all, nobody pounced on me before I told them I was meeting Charlie. And Charlie didn't pressure me to make a decision even though it was obvious I was enamored of the Charger on sight. I didn't envision that I would be driving it home, since I was trading in not one but two cars in this transaction. The speed with which the paperwork was completed amazed me. Instead of feeling uneasy in a "man's world," I felt an atmosphere of being around family. One more word about Charlie: His whole demeanor was eminently calming to my tightly-wound personality, even guiding me in to the location by phone when I missed the turn on 101st Avenue and was swearing at the written directions. This man could work at a Bentley dealership. So many employees at Larry Miller were genuinely happy and congratulating me on my purchase of this car. No one seemed bored or unhappy in his or her job. Since experiencing the "No Commission, No Hassle" policy of Larry Miller Dodge, I think I've died and gone to Heaven. After driving my Charger Hellcat, I KNOW I have!

0 stars, i walked into service, theres 5 men on their computers, one with a customer, not one acknowledged that i walked in, no one said at least ill be with you. I stood ther a good 3 minutes, then more people walked in, no one acknowledged any of us. Finally one says can i help you, and to my luck he couldnt help me i had to wait for the one with a customer. Jr. Finally finished, started to help me and said it would be 2 hrs, when i was told by him 1 hour. I will not return!!!! I prefer to drive n get serviced by someone who will have a smile & acknowledge I am standing there.

If I could leave 0 stars I would unfortunately I can not . My wife and myself went in on Friday July 26 to look at a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 . We took it for a test drive and the exhaust fumes in the cab was terrible. Then we went back inside and worked a deal with the exhaust problem to be fixed later in the day. Our sales man called later that night and said it was ready to go , so we drove back to the dealership to get it . We signed a BCA that would allow us to have the truck from 7:30 to 5:30 pm the next day . We started home and made it maybe a 1/2 mile before the smell came back and we returned to dealership . The next day I went back to dealer ship to get the truck again one of the sales managers Charlie said he wanted the service director to take one last look at it . They found a exhaust leak and said it would be 1 hour to have it fixed , My daughter and I sat there for about 3 hours . When they finished we went to the front to pick the truck up they told me that they had another buyer and wanted me to sign the papers right then in order for me to get the truck, my 24 hour test period was gone . I talk to a sales manage who was rude and said since I didn't pick up the truck last night that is not a option anymore even though the truck was not drivable at that time . The sales manager Alex said he was the last person I could talk to when I asked to speak to someone higher up. I found this not to be true when I got home and got online and found that the GM is named Mike Messina I called and left a message for him he was prompt in returning my call and was very apologetic . So when it is all said and done the sales man Jessie Hernandez was a nice person and good to deal with Charlie was also pleasant their main problem is the middle management who was very rude . The GM called as I was writing this and assured me that he would look in to this . I hope they do and the problems they have with the sales managers is rectified.
