Exceptional Sales Experience!

I had been shopping for a BMW 5 series for some time, and had not been getting good customer service until coming to Steven Creek. We worked with Kamran and he went above and beyond to help me find the right car. He was knowledgeable, not pushy, and was extremely patient! After finally finding the right car, the purchasing process was easy and finance got me in and out in no time. I highly recommend heading over to Stevens Creek BMW!

Just what I needed when I needed it!

I was able to be fit into the schedule for quick repairs (top of antifreeze and new windshield wiper blades) within 24 hours of calling in for an appointment. I lease my car.

Service is a mixed bag.

They lost my car & paperwork, my Service Advisor was very disorganized and uncommunicative. In both of the two visits, they never called to follow up to tell me the status of the situation, even after complaints. I struggled to get answers until I went to the dealership in person each time. Prices are excessive, but it's a dealership and that's to be expected. However, for these dealership service prices, I'll definitely choose another dealer to service my BMW next time. I emailed their management about my negative experience and got no feedback, so I guess they have enough business that they don't care.

Great place to take care of a recall

Went there to take care of the airbag recall. Worked with Neil, and it was an almost perfect experience. Car was repaired, washed and done on time and it didn't take that much to drop off or pick up the car. The waiting area was great, Starbucks coffee and donuts. The thing is their shuttle runs at the hour, so I had to wait a while for the shuttle, but you can walk around and check out the new i8 or m series while you are there, so it wasn't that bad.

Ashley is Amazing!!

This by far was the BEST experience I’ve had at Stevens Creek BMW. My previous experiences were not the best. So arriving for my maintenance appointment, expected the same. Was greeted by Ashley with a warm welcome and exceptional personality!! We talked, she listened and took note of all of my concerns! Ashley made my trip fun & easy!
