The worst customer service in the country
I am a BMW customer for the last 15 years, happy and loyal. I have lived in four states and always had my vehicles serviced at local BMW dealerships. I have to say customer service here is the worst in the country. After moving to San Jose, I have been here a few times for routine services and other recalls. The experience was horrible everytime. Staff (cashier, parts and accessories, and service rep) at Steven Creek BMW need serious customer service training, from the language they use to the attitude. They don't represent the BMW brand an what it stands for.

A very shady way of doing business
I contacted Stevens Creek BMW in effort to come see one of their used vehicles that they were advertising on cars.com. First, the response was an email and told the car was available. I never heard back. I contacted them telephonically and advised the advertised vehicle was at their sister store in Serramonte and should contact them. I contacted their sister store, Acura of Serramonte and was advised the vehicle was sold. They advised me that another vehicle similar just came in and had not even been prepped. They would not allow me to come take a look at it. They said I needed to wait till Wednesday and I would be the first to look at it. I advised them I would like to make a cash purchase. The sales person advised me that they would contact me as soon as it was ready to be viewed. However; refused to allow me to come see it. I never heard back from the sales person, and I finally again contacted them telephonically. They advised me that they would contact me ASAP and the sales person would call me back about the aforementioned vehicle. As unprofessional as this sounds, I received not a call, but a text advising me the car was sold prior to being prepped?????? This was after I asked to come see this vehicle and was denied. This was after they had another vehicle still advertised to “bait” me in that had been sold way prior to my contacting the dealership. Both dealerships were less than honest and I have lost complete faith in Stevens Creek BMW and Serramonte Acura. This is definitely not a good business practice. Very shady way of doing business. Thank you.

Great Experience. No Pressure.
I knew what I wanted. Walked in and worked with Brian Bader, a client advisor. What a great experience. He was fun, knowledgeable, easy going and highly professional. Test drove two models and I was ready to sign. I mentioned that I had gone through my company's PerkSpot and what cost I could get the car for. Without any fuss, Brian was more than happy to take the deal to the sales manager and meet the price. No haggling. No nonsense. It was a fast and easy car purchase. In addition, I have contacted Brian a couple times since I took possession of my car and he has responded immediately, willing to go out of his way to help me. The car is exquisite and the whole process was stress free. I give Brian 10 stars!

Don’t go buy a car from Uno or Alec
I was going to purchase a car from here. It needed an alignment and part of the car was lifting so it needed work done m.Uno and Alec both said the car was getting fixed so I could purchase it, hours later I get a Ensor saying they sold the car I was suppose to buy

A pleasant buying experience
Unlike your average sleazy salesman, the Internet manager Ron R is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable on the preowned car which I purchased from him. Highly recommended.

I called Alec at 7pm on a Friday night re: a newly listed 2015 428 convertible. It was so new it hadn't been cleaned yet. He offered to have it detailed so I could test drive it that night. They close at 9pm, but he was very patient during the test drive, pointing out features of the car, etc. By the time all the paperwork was finished, and payment was made, it was 10:30. Alec still stayed to point out more features of the car, and helped me input a bunch of info into the Navigation system. Thanks so much for his patience! The car is exquisite!!
