They sold me a vehicle service contract with fidelity, and when I looked it up, the company had bad reviews, 1.6 out of five, so I asked them to cancel the contract. It took them a week to do that. on march 11th. We paid the dealership, audi stevens creek, $5,783 for a 4yr 100,000 mile contract, but found the insurance company was denying most claims as pre existing. We paid the dealership directly with a credit card, and they still have not refunded our money to this day! Basically, imo, the finance manager who sold it us, Rachel Fuentes, lied about the contract, and the refund. So now, we are faced with suing them to get our money back! Disgusting to sell us that vsc, with such a bad company and then, to deny our refund and not refund it back to our credit card. Today, it's been two months and no money at all! The manager has ignored my last three emails, Quinones, I think his name is.

Terrible experience with sales person Andrei
Very bad attitude of sales person Andrei Smith I had a terrible experience recently while buying a CPO Audi A4 at this dealership. I was assigned Andrei Smith. The car was valued at 34,000 on cargurus.com and had been that way for more than a week. After the test drive, Andrei made it seem like he was doing us a favor offering it for such a low price. When we offered to pay 32,500 for the car, he threaten to kick us out of the dealership saying that he has already wasted 31$/hr on us by allowing us to test drive the car and I should go back and do some research. It feels like this dealership thinks that it is doing us a favor by allowing test drives and the expectation is that the customer will invariably be impressed and buy the car regardless of the ridiculous prices they ask for. After knocking off 1000$ on the asking price, he boasted that the car will be sold over the weekend. Well, I still see it on carguru, so much for that :) On the whole this has to be the most arrogant and rude sales person I've ever dealt with who doesn't even know to respect the buyer.

Professional staff. Kevin, Frank, and the young lady who helped me fill out the paperwork were a pleasure to work with. It only took two trips to make the purchase. Absolutely no pressure to buy. They were honest, frank, and didn’t beat around the bush. All car dealerships should be like this!

Excellent and pleasant experience
This was my first time buying from Audi of Stevens Creek. This is a great place to buy a car...ANY car. They treated me with courtesy, all the while prioritizing me and attending to my needs. If had any questions, they were only too happy to help out. My salesperson, Alfredo, was such a nice guy, always willing to take of me and my wife. What a great experience! This is how it should be in all car dealerships! I will easily recommend this dealership that offers such a variety of vehicles, trim levels, etc., as well as excellent customer service. They really take care of their customers. They want to make sure the customer will want to come back, and I will!

Easy, smooth process!
Where do I begin?! This being my first time every purchasing a car, it was far easier than I expected! I expected a scary back-and-forth pressuring negotiation between myself and a tough salesperson, but NOPE! The whole process was much easier and went smoother than I thought it would be! I took interest on a car online and messaged the dealership through their website. I got a quick response from the internet sales team, under Cassandra Crawford. I had read previous reviews on her on Yelp and was glad she was the one who personally handled my purchase! All the positive reviews she previously received, I believe 100%! When I first stepped foot on the dealership to just take a look at the car in person, she gave me no added pressure to BUY NOW! She had a very kind employee (Eric) drive me to the expansion lot where I took time to admire the vehicle. We went back to the dealership and Cassandra gave me a quote printout with all the incentives and best offer to begin with and I walked right out that door feeling no sense of pressure put upon me! We continued to email each other for about a day until we got to where I wanted. From the beginning she asked me how much I wanted to pay for monthly and the down payment and she definitely delivered to meet all my demands! I told her from that I wanted to enjoy the vehicle and not regret it down the line all because of a spur of the moment big purchase. She understood that completely! In fact, I came by the next day to ask her further questions about the deal and that was it. Still no pressure to sign any contract or deal yet! I told her I'll be back tomorrow to sign everything and finalize the deal but mostly to sleep on it one last time (cold feet ��). She really worked with my work schedule to see when the best time was for me to come back. So, that was a total of 3 visits to the dealership (all my decision) and she was able to take time in her busy schedule to meet with me every single time. You can tell she is a very busy woman but she gets back to you on a very timely manner! We were even texting on her personal phone after office hours because I had so many questions for her (Sorry Cassandra!). Along with her assistant (also her daughter), they are able to work with you to meet all your needs! I told her that I would text her and let her know when the best time for me to come in was and with very short notice, she had everything all taken car of! When I got there for all the paperwork, my car was sitting right in front of the dealership, all clean and ready to go! Her daughter, helped me the technical details of the car and was very helpful! Frank, was the one who was nice enough to take time off from sales to help me start paperwork while Cassandra was at a doctor's appointment across the street. It was the only time I could swing by during work with a 3 hour window, so Cassandra was able to relay the information to Frank. Once Cassandra got back, she brought me over to Wayne who handled the finances. Wayne was another great associate who made sure to explain every little detail on what I was signing because I always have a lot of questions! He also worked with me to get the best deal possible on any extra maintenance packages I may need on the car! He was very honest on if I really needed a certain package or not and did not scare or pressure me at all into buying anything! The whole pick-up day process only took 1-1.5 hrs of my time and went very smoothly! ���� Do not go anywhere else if you are thinking about getting an Audi! Go straight to Cassandra! She will definitely take care of you! All the wonderful reviews on her on different websites are all accurate! Everything still feels unreal after a few sleepless nights because of pure excitement! Audi Q7 Purchase
Came in on a Saturday (not planned) and ended up leaving with a car I'm very happy with. I spoke to Cassandra via email ahead of time and she told me that they had the car I was interested in. Steven creek Audi not the place to shop
My son just purchased a Audi S4 on lease. Car came with some minor scratches on the back and when he removed the front plate it had dents on the grill. He is having very hard time getting Stevens creek Audi to repair the grill and is getting nothing but attitude. I was planning to purchase an Audi A8 and I guess after seeing Steven Creek Audi's response after you purchase the vehicle this is not the dealership for me. They are telling my son that you signed all the paperwork so you have what you have, what way to stand behind your product and service. My son pointed out some bad reviews to the Sales agent and her response is you will find what you look for. Believe me Stevens Creek Audi I will tell all my friends and family not to come to you. Terrible attitude and service.
