The dealership was clean and everyone for the most part was nice. Though I do wish the car we bought did not come with some useless things that we have to pay for due to inventory. They should really allow people to customize or not have those things installed in the first place when we pre-ordered it, everyone has google maps on their phone, why would we need to pay more for Lexus traffic?
