I had been considering this purchase since the spring but wanted to test drive the car before making a decision. I went in earlier in July and was ab...le to take a short test drive. Since i am replacing my Subaru Legacy, I wanted to be sure the sound level on the highway with the top closed was acceptable. It was and I agreed on what I wanted with Zach Jenkins, who had also sold me the Legacy. The dealership was able to locate a car matching my specifications and I picked it up about 2 weeks later. I love the car. I've had a lot of experience with the dealership as they have serviced my '93 Miata for the last 18 years. A good experience. I would recommend them.

I would highly recommend this dealership. Jeff was very helpful and honest. I didn't feel that he was trying really hard to sell me a car or pushing... me into buying one like some dealerships do. He laid out all the terms clearly and didn't rush me. The finance department was a pleasure to work with as well. They answered all the questions I had. I've done a lot of research before coming to the dealership, so, I knew what I wanted. They had a good deal on a car I wanted, so, I drove all the way from Michigan - 4 hour drive and rented a hotel room by the dealership the night before. The car was ready for a test drive at 9am on Saturday. Very good experience overall, honest people!

This is my 3rd vehicle I've leased from Byers Mazda. I worked with Joey Powell who had e-mailed me, as my current lease was expiring. I called him a...nd he made an appointment for a test drive the next day. Even though it was his day off he met with me and made it an easy experience, listened to what I wanted in a CX5 and provided 3 models to test drive. After the 2nd CX5 I drove he then had one that had exactly what I was requesting and then some. I drove it and knew the new 2017 Touring was the one! I turned my 2014 CX5 in and the rest of the process for finacing, etc. was easy, and drove home that afternoon with the new CX5. I have always had a good experience leasing at Byers Mazda and an even better one this time around thanks to Joey.

We took my 2007 mazdaspeed3 in for a bad VVT and it repaired under an extended warranty which can sometimes be a hassle but Mike made it very easy. Th...e service was done quickly and professionally. We were also given timely updates as to what was happening during the repair. We love this team and would recommend you go them for all Mazda service needs!
I currently own a 2008 Mazdaspeed 3, and a lot of the work I do on my own however when there is something that needs to be done by the master techs I ...do not hesitate to take it there. A lot of the time I even bring it in for its regular oil changes to make it a little easier on me. I deal with Mike all the time and he finds a way to get me in and right back out with absolutely no problems and almost no wait at all. He is also happy to answer any questions that you may have and does everything he can to help.
