Great Experience

Tony was great! He made sure that the car I was coming to see was ready and that there was a full tank. The sales process was smooth and Tony helped highlight all the features of my new car.

Tony is great, dealership is good

I appreciated Tony Vo's relaxed manner, as he didn't come off as pushy or impatient. I spent many hours at the dealership to carefully inspect the car, and worked with Tony to make sure things that needed replacement would be covered. I'm dinging the dealership one star because there was a huge crack in the front windshield that I didn't even notice at first. But when I went outside after the test drive to wait for Tony to finish with another client (who'd arrived earlier than expected), I noticed the crack stretching across a third of the windshield. Tony assured me they would cover the cost for replacement, but I can only wonder if that would've been true had I not noticed it until after driving it off the lot. There were a couple other cosmetic issues with the car that Tony assured would get fixed, and he had it delivered to me a couple days later free of charge even though I live an hour away. Somewhere along the way, the registration didn't make it over with the car and I'm still waiting for it a month later. Tony sent a photo of it when I realized it wasn't in the car a few weeks ago, but it still hasn't arrived in the mail. Overall a good experience that landed me a family car that will hopefully last for many years to come.

Very pleased with Tony and the team

I had an incredible experience with Tony! I came to Stevens Creek Mazda as a first time car buyer and was helped every step of the way by Tony. When I first came to the dealership, someone in sales approached me and honestly almost made me want to walk away and not come back. He wasn’t very friendly or helpful, honestly came of sort of rude. He then told me he was busy and had something else to do so he’d get someone to help me. I was under the impression that he thought I had no intention to actually purchase a car so passed me off. Thankfully, he passed me over to Tony and everything went so smoothly from there on! I was so pleased to work with Tony! He helped me through the process of test driving, financing, etc. Mostly, though, he made it a great experience because he was so kind and friendly! It wasn’t a weird rigid sales pitch feeling, he was friendly, getting to know me, and knew exactly how to help. I could not recommend Tony more for your car buying needs! He was incredible and I was able to walk away with my brand new car with no issues. To add on, everyone else in the process was great as well! The team that helped with financing, signing papers, etc. it was overall a great experience! Thank you Tony and Stevens Creek Mazda!

Tony is so helpful

My daughter & i went to many dealerships looking for the right car for her, Tony at Stevens Creek Mazda was the only sales person that took the time and patience helping us to find and buy the right one for her. Thank you Tony!

Told me they would deal deal with my registration, never...

Told me they would deal deal with my registration, never happened. Paid for it myself two years later, the. Went in for service and they told me it would cost over two thousand dollars to clean my engine. I went to oreillys the next day and got a cleaner additive for my gas. Fixed the problem with only 10 dollars plus a tank of gas

We drove an hour and a half for a test drive that had...

We drove an hour and a half for a test drive that had been scheduled for a week, called en route to confirm we were coming, and arrived to be told that the car had been sold for days and the salesman "had been meaning to reach out." Prices were reasonable on the certified used cars, but it left a particularly bad taste in my mouth, and I left without buying when I arrived with the full intent of leaving with a new car.

Good experience for leasing with Toni

They have very good and helpful sales and finance team, Ryan is their sales manager and he is helpful and professional. My Sales agent was Tony. He is very polite, helpful, professional and not pushy. He was with me and did great follow up from first to the end. He is one of the best in this dealership. He did his best to made deal happen and very positive to negotiate that is very important. Highly recommend him if you wanted to buy used/ new car from this dealership.

Positive from first visit to final paperwork

Mike McGhee was a fabulous sales help, informative, endlessly patient over two months as I chose between three models. The whole staff was courteous throughout and the whole process was very positive from first visit to final paperwork and handshake.
