Our experience in purchasing a previously owned vehicle was pleasant, professional, and yes we would gladly refer family and friends to your dealership. We knew what we wanted and our sales representative was friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate the efficiency in wrapping up our transaction as we had a three and a half hour drive back home.

Our experience in purchasing a previously owned vehicle was pleasant, professional, and yes we would gladly refer family and friends to your dealership. Mr. Goran Muftic, the sales consultant I dealt with in

Mr. Goran Muftic, the sales consultant I dealt with in this purchase, has rendered very professional knowledge and explanation to my questions, and he is so kind to my wife and me. This is the second purchase we dealt with Mr. Muftic, certainly, we will contact him again when we are going to buy a new sedan for replacing our current E350 in near future.

This is the second vehicle we've bought at this

This is the second vehicle we've bought at this dealership and the 4th one we've been helped with by Mr Tony Chiem. Besides the outstanding quality of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, it's the great customer service given by Tony that keeps us coming back time and again!

I have bought several cars over the years from MB of SC. They always listen to my needs and can steer me to the correct vehicle. I would not buy a Mercedes Benz from anywhere else.

The experience I had at Mercedes-Benz was outstanding as usual. John Stansberry is my service man and has been for sometime. He's always professional and courteous. He keeps me informed about the details of my service and there is never a surprise at the final conclusion of the repairs. Outstanding service man!!

Tried to buy a car from them and it was very poor

Tried to buy a car from them and it was very poor service. More worried about me sending them money and less about answering my questions. Two people dropped the ball, I canceled buying it and they sent me a text asking me how my car new car from them was doing. Never got the car. You would think a Mercedes dealer would have hospitality and customer service top priority.

One star is far too generous for the abysmal service we

One star is far too generous for the abysmal service we received at Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek's service department. Initially, our experience was really positive; the sales process was ok, and we felt confident doing business with them. However, this quickly changed when problems arose with our used 2014 VW Tiguan. Looking back, we suspect they took advantage of the fact that we are from abroad and may not be fully aware of consumer protection laws in the United States. To begin with, they failed to provide us with a Buyer's Guide at the time of purchase, a clear violation of consumer protection laws. This lack of transparency set the tone for our entire experience. Despite assurances, the car had numerous undisclosed issues, including a significant oil leak that was discovered by an independent mechanic. After much back-and-forth, the dealership finally agreed to cover part the repair costs (for which we were thankful), but the problems continued. We experienced a persistent oil leak, and a recurring oil sensor warning light, all within weeks of the supposed repairs. What's worse is their complete lack of responsiveness and accountability. Multiple emails and attempts to contact the service department have been met with silence. We are now left with an unreliable vehicle, significant expenses, and no support from the dealership. Avoid this service department at all costs. Their shoddy workmanship, failure to comply with legal requirements, and abysmal customer service make them completely untrustworthy. We regret ever doing business with them and urge others to seek out a more reputable and reliable service provider.

I had a great experience and got a decent discount with my lease for the GLE 450e. Being a first-time Mercedes buyer, Marvin, Iyad, Dominic and Logan were all very accommodating with my requests and made sure that everything went through clearly.
