The entire team at Capitol Volkswagen made this entire process so incredibly easy. First time buying a car new from a dealer and this process was so smooth. I could not recommend this team more as this process from start to finish was a total breeze. We got the exact model and color we were hoping for and the customer service has been top notch. Even post purchase making sure everything is still going smooth and fully teaching me I understand why they are the best! I recommend them to everyone and will totally be back!

The entire team at Capitol Volkswagen made this entire process so incredibly easy. First time buying a car new from a dealer and this process was so smooth. We drive down with a family of 5.
We drive down with a family of 5. We paid cash and did minimal negotiating, pre reserved the car. The TIME it took to get this done was ridiculous. The attitude of the front desk and Arthur (sales manager just sitting behind glass) was awful, and pretty rude. We were never offered a drink and no explanation for the time. I am excited for the car but donโt want to go to your dealerships ever again. My kids sat in car or in the cold reception area, your greeter never even smiled or acknowledged us. Now that I think about it, Iโm just even more mad. Rude.

There was absolutely NO pressure to purchase a vehicle! And Malit the salesman was very personable and quite knowledgeable regarding the van I purchased. I AM VERY PLEASED!!

I would give Daniel Hui 5 stars, as he was probably a big
I would give Daniel Hui 5 stars, as he was probably a big reason that I still ended up buying the CPO Taos, after a ridiculously obnoxious behavior from Jairo, the sales manager. I caught a mistake in the CarMax report about this Taos showing up as having 2 owners, even though the dealership website and their own report showed 1. This was important to me and although they tried to explain the reason why this rental car was exchanged from Florida to California under the same company, it still recorded as another owner. Which makes me the 3rd owner. Mind you, I had already filled out my credit application, and signed other docs, so I was well into buying this car. However, instead of acknowledging and apologizing for this mistake or doing something about it, this sales manager guy goes on the offense and insults me by asking me if this even matters (of course it does. If it didn't then why do companies like DGDG or CarGurus etc point that data out) and whether I was going to sell this car or what were my plans in a few years. I was almost ready to get up and leave, but didn't, as I was buying this for my son and I wanted to be done with this car-buying process. But because of this person's behavior, I didn't purchase the maintenance or warranty package that was offered to me at a great price, but I didn't want him to make any more money off me.
