Very patient and helpful He wasn't your typical pushy guy trying to force you to buy. He really tried to make it work by offering different options with different discounts, until I got a deal which made sense to me.

Brought car in for oil change. Dealership asked us to approve maintenance for problems they claimed to find on my car. We declined and checked for the claimed issues independently - none of the claimed issues were present. Will not return.

The agents were clear, the wait area comfortable, and the service efficient, similar to my last visit.

The entire process of buying a used vehicle was made easy by the entire staff. No negotiating the price which was terrific! Uwanah, the salesman, was low key, low pressure. I didn't expect to buy a car the day I stopped by, but is was so easy.

Service rep was good to deal with - she gets 5 stars. But when there is a recall from the company and we are expected to leave the car at the dealership, it causes inconvenience. The least we expect is a ride offered in both directions if we are forced to leave the car for 4-5 hours. I was offered ride only one way and had to pay $25 to Lyft to come back to pick the car - not at all acceptable.

Patty at Capitol VW is a fantastic service advisor. The interior of the dealership, waiting areas, WiFi, status updates, and work of the technicians is A+.

Purchased a used car here. Lower pressure than other dealerships I have dealt with. The employees all seemed kind and very efficient. They checked on me multiple times while I was waiting for my turn to fill out the final forms with the finance department. Everything felt prompt and I didn't feel like I was being left to sit forever while a mysterious process was happening (which I have felt at other dealerships in the past). I was always told what was going on and what would happen next. I was given my copy of the signed paperwork as a PDF file on a USB memory stick which I thought was great. I used CUDL based financing at the dealership, with my preferred local credit union where I had pre-applied for a loan in the range of price of the car. The dealership used my pre-approved loan with no pressure to change anything loan related. They did of course offer me various types of additional warranties and protection packages. I did not feel overly pressured to go along with any of those things.

Everything seemed to go fine. Didn't get much feedback from the service manager. A piece of trim or molding has come free...I think it's for the passenger seat hinge mechanism.
