Went online and found the Camaro that I was interested in
Went online and found the Camaro that I was interested in , called the dealership asked if it was still available. they said it was still available. I then talked to the salesman Abe Ramzy great guy, help out getting financing online . The dealership was 280 miles away from home . Told them that I would drive over the next day to test drive the Camaro. No problem, it was everything they said it was. The dealership and its Sales Manager and Salesman were the best I have ever dealt within buying a car. If ever I need another vehicle, i will try them again. Gary H. Carson City, Nv

I traveled 2 hours to pick up vehicle.
I traveled 2 hours to pick up vehicle. When I go to test drive the car it has damage and marks all over not reported. No power gate like identified. I move up to more expensive model and then we sit down to get numbers down and over $10k in additional fees trying to charge me for wheels already on the car. They are trying to get the highest payment for the lowest car. That’s the game. I just walked out. What a waste as the experience up to the pickup and numbers was good and then true unprofessional experience took over. Very disappointing and huge waste of my time!

They set a low price and then charge you fees and

I came in to buy a 2017 MDX for $25,000 but after the test drive, the cost of the vehicle was $35,000 with all the add-ons that could be removed taken out. It was a horrible experience. Unless they change, avoid this place.

"Contactless Car Purchase" SCAM
Where to start? If I could give them 0 stars I would. ZERO stars for wasting my time. They didn’t value my time even though there email says. Don’t believe there “Contactless car purchase” gimmick. It didn’t work even when I was pre approved from my bank and live 2,000 miles away. They will waist your time. I searched far and wide for a particular SUV with the options we wanted. From the moment I saw it, I wanted to make a down payment to hold vehicle. I’ve done all my due diligence before contacting them and wanting to buy. The sales person Hector told me “I’ll email you the contract for method of payment to secure down payment” TWICE and I never received it. Then he had the audacity to ask my email again after we had initially spoke via email then to text. Completely waist of time and would not recommend them from anyone out of state looking to purchase. He said that someone came in, test drove vehicle and bought it within the day on a Wednesday. I inquired about this vehicle on a Monday evening ready to buy, had payment secured with the bank for them by Wednesday and he passed me like I was dirt. They will only cater if you’re in house and show up to the dealership to buy. Poor customer service skills and poor follow-up. First and last impression. Drive away! Be careful who your sales person is too.
