Fantastic very attentive service experience from the

Fantastic very attentive service experience from the arrival to the departure. Promptly greeted and led to service writer’s desk, written up right away with a lot of personal service attention as far as follow up and clarifying questions, this made me feel like they really were invested in fixing the issues. Service writer Richard was very relaxed and personable and engaged in conversation outside of my car as well, nice personal touch. The car was serviced, repaired, vacuumed, washed and brought up front. Another thing I really appreciated was that I decided after the fact to wait which they didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience and actually expedited my service visit without cutting corners. The very professional technician Todd even came to the waiting room as well as the shop foreman to gather further information. All issues repaired at this visit. This was a great experience at a very friendly dealer. Love MB of Stockton.

Richard and the rest of the staff always make me feel

Richard and the rest of the staff always make me feel like a family member. Most of the staff know me by my first name. They are always very professional and polite. I feel like a member of the team. They are aware of my journey last year and, they always ask me how are things going with a smile. A1 customer service.
