Customer service started off decent when I called to have a key fob programmed. I asked the associate on the phone multiple times to confirm their capability... to program the key fob, they assured me they had the capability. Fast forward, an hour and a half of sitting in the waiting room after taking the afternoon off to accommodate their availability, the service technician comes and tells me they do not have the ability to program my key fob. I asked the service manager what was their recourse for wasting my time, they simply told me there's nothing to be done. My assumption is they wanted me in door to sell me a number of services but had no concern about serving the customer. I'm sure they can do the basics but if you need anything beyond that I wouldn't recommend them. Simply because mistakes and problems arise, but customer service associates are there to mitigate and help in those situations. They do not attempt to do that, it goes beyond a smile and processing transactions. This isn't my only bad experience with them, but it's the worst and last.
I purchased a new Jeep. I had a purchasing agreement and when I picked my vehicle up I had to pay more money out of pocket that when the purchase agreement... was made there was no mention of this. . I had to come back 2 days after picking up my vehicle because the paperwork I was promised was not ready. When I asked the financial manager to why I had a out of pocket expense I was told we could go round and round to just cough up the money so we can go on our way. My sales guy Juan was not helpful to me at all when I asked several questions. I was just blown off numerous times....

I just purchased a new Jeep Compass this past Friday evening from Metro Jeep. I work with Dan and he made this transaction smooth and seamless. I really... wanted this vehicle and had made my original inquiry thru internet sales. I had a car for trade in and I filled out all the initial paperwork online as well. When I got to the dealership that evening Dan was waiting for me and addressed me by name. I thought that was really awesome. I wasn't just a person to sell a car too - I was a name. So often in this world we forget that people have names. Dan had everything set up and ready to go for the appraisal on my existing vehicle and paperwork to get me into the new vehicle. I thought it was going to be a hard sell with my rather challenging credit history - but he made it work and he did so in a way that made sure I could still afford it. I am very happy with my new car. I loved working with Dan I thought he was absolutely awesome to deal with. He took good care of me and I'm sure he will continue to if I need anything in the future. I have already referred 2 of my friends to him just today. I hope they really go see him because if he can work such a deal for me - he can work a deal for anyone - go see him - he's pretty amazing. :)
My wife and I test drove a Charger last weekend. Marlon was easy going and fun to work with. We called for an appointment and the car was up front with... the AC, cool seats activated and ready to go. At no point was I pressured. Brett the General Sales Manager gave me an excellent price and we are in the middle of weighing our options. I want to thank Brett and Marlon on their professionalism and will recommend my friends and family!
Overall I love the selection of cars they have but they were snotty and overall made me not want to buy a car from them. Would not suggest them, and their... deals aren't the best so as the title says, never again

I have had my luxurious mini- van for a week now and I love the way it drives, the interior, the sound system. Austin was a fabulous guy to work with.... I changed my mind as I went through the purchase process and he consistently worked with me to find my perfect match!! He was honest, reliable, never pushy, just professional and helpful. Since I live out of state, the dealership accommodated me by providing a loaner vehicle until the purchase was completed, then driving my gorgeous new car to me in the pouring rain. Poor Peter got stuck at NY DMV for 2 hours and almost got struck by lighting putting my new plates on.... Austin met me half way in the Berkshires to sign all of the paperwork once I got my bank's financing, so I would not have to make. Another trip to them.. all of the staff at the dealership were fabulous!!! I can't say enough about Austin - he really worked for me to locate exactly what I wanted.. I will always work with this dealership - They rock!!!!!
The dealership is nice and clean, I will give it that. Today, my father and I went in to ask about financing. The salesman that assisted us, Steve Rivard,... was very pleasant and friendly. However, as soon as I started describing my criteria/price range/credit score, his mood changed and instead of showing me or offering any sort of ideas on what could be considered an option, he ran my credit score and then sent me on my way. He stated that he couldn???t show me any car without a 100$ deposit (to ???hold??? it) , which although I haven???t ever leased/financed/bought a car, I know that that???s shady. This was sort of upsetting because my ex had bought a car here and recommended them to me, but I will not be returning.
Dave Dickinson was awesome. This was my first Jeep purchase and they gave me a great deal while other local dealers couldn???t compare. He was patient... and understanding in all aspects of the buying process. With great communication as well. When I got my Jeep inspected a few days after, every worker on the service side was super nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend.
Purchased my 2nd jeep from Metro both from Steve, my 1st being a brand new Cherokee now a Grand Cherokee Altitude Both times fantastic easy experience.... Steve ensures you get what you are looking for and makes the process as painless as possible. Honestly wouldn't go to another Jeep dealer, love my jeep and will only go to metro chicopee
