Marlon was easily is easily one of the best sales reps I
Marlon was easily is easily one of the best sales reps I have ever encountered. He continually kept in touch regarding a vehicle that I was interested in. I could have easily slipped through the cracks or not been followed up with given the car was currently on a retainer, but he continued on with his due diligence. He provided a level or care and concern I others clearly do not put in. This was all done for an off-brand (Toyota) used vehicle as well, meaning I most likely would not be looking any other options at his establishment. I can only imagine the care and concern he has for in-house customers given the work effort he showed me. 10/10 would recommend. Great person and communication!

First off, I’d like to say, I made the mistake of going to this dealership. I ordered 2 fobs for my Jeep. &400.00! $80.75 to get them programmed! THEN they tell me that my Jeep needed service. This tells me the Tech Never, Ever looked at my vehicle. They wrote up a service request. I was in law enforcement for 30 years, I pay attention to DETAILS, they obviously do not. I would NOT Recommend this dealership to anyone, nor buy any kind of vehicle from them. I left the dealership shaking my head. Never Ever Again!!!

About two weeks after I purchased 2017 Jeep Compass
About two weeks after I purchased 2017 Jeep Compass (bought in 2020) I realized the doors weren’t locking. Made the sound, the clicks, beep. By accident I realized they actually didn’t lock. Had been leaving groceries purchases etc. good thing nothing got stolen. Juan the salesman was no help. Poor at informing customers and very pushy. Never mentioned auto/start stop option. So pretty scary first time you realize it. I felt like he knew about doors and if he didn’t this should have been detected in check before putting it on sale. I call them and they say still under warranty but that will be a 100 service charge. I said nope, nuh, huh nada. They didn’t work from the start. He says you can’t prove that they didn’t work. I replied and you can’t prove they did. I wore him down he ‘waived’ the fee. Took them 5 Tries in 5 weeks to get it right. Final try I go pick up the car, open the gate to test, inside is the full door panel. They neglected to put it back on! Don’t get me started on the grease thumbprint on the beige visor! Sold without a spare and missing the locking piece to hold a spare. These parts are cheap for them and should have included. Year and half into it battery dies. I replace at local auto stores three year warranty. 6 months later acting weird long story short auxiliary battery ( there are two batteries in jeep) died and drained and killed primary thus voiding warranty on newly purchased battery. Costs to diagnose and replace both. $928! Part of this cost is $2.75 document retention fee, $45 ‘shop supplies’ fee. I asked about this bogus charge and how it is calculated. The answer - we calculate this fee based on a percentage of total repair cost’. So in essence ‘ we charge you a fee based on how much we charge you!” Chris B in service, though new did a nice job of trying to keep me informed. But buy from them -Never ever again.

We are very pleased with our purchase and the courteous
We are very pleased with our purchase and the courteous way our sales person, Michael Jenks, and the other staff treated us. Always patiently answering our questions, found solutions to our requests, went above and beyond to make sure the car had all we might need (ie manual for car, floor mats, extra key fob, etc). Car was clean inside and out. Michael took extra time to teach us how to use some of the apps (ie navigation, phone, heat/air cond/ etc.). Pointed out many aspects of the car we didn't know about or knew to look for, like how the roof rack adjusts. We are beyond pleased. We did a lot of shopping before signing with them. We have no regrets on the deal we got, the condition of the car or how we were treated. We highly recommend Michael as a person who will work to show you what you're looking for without pressure. He's very knowledgeable. We purchased a 2020 Pacifica used.

Metro Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamI bought my Jeep Grand...
Metro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee on December 15th and while my husband was driving it the next day he realized something was wrong with the car.when my husband checked it,he noticed that it had no power steering fluid we got pictures, there was a problem with the brakes afoul sound. We called the dealers the day after they told us to take the car to them.I took it and the car passed the inspection supposedly the problem was solved,my husband as always, took the car for a drive test and tells me that something was wrong, not in accordance with what the dealership told me, I take it to another place for inspection. It doesn't passed the inspection. I call the car dealer again and told him about the afoul sound and the other issues and very rude the seller guy that sold me the car, tells me that for that I had to make an appointment at customer service because he no longer had anything to do with the issue. When I called as he told me to do, customer service, the appointments were in two weeks and I had to leave the car. They had no lenders and my car had to sleep at the dealership because it wasn't a job they could get done in a day. I had to make a few calls because they wanted me to leave my car there and had no lenders, passes me from one to another before I had the chance to speak to the service manneger. She said that it was ok for me to bring the car and wait for it.I took the car to the dealership waited 5 hours for them to fix it, they tell me to run the car for a few weeks so that it could clear the check engine light and we can inspect it again, happy thinking the nightmare is over, well nope the brakes still have a awful sound and after that the car has given me more problems. I call them, like I told you, appointments take two weeks to schedule, they never have lenders, and I pay and additional insurance that they offer me from them and supposedly if the car was to be fix they will provide me another vehicle. It's February, my car still has the rejected inspection ticket, I took it back to them on February 4 because of the long wait for the schedule issue and no lenders available, they told me that the warranty does not cover anything since the 3 months or 30 days have passed, I don't know what was the excuse that they gave me.The insurance doesn't cover the car repair and never have lenders. They were charging me $155.00 for a car diagnostic $1,327.56 radiator and coolant plus $191.02 brake, $292.06 FLSH coolant, $81.40 oil filter, $202.89 flsh pwr stg and $2,517.33 Rack & Pinion ASY. I asked them to speak to the sellers managers about this situation very friendly the sales manager talk to me and He asked me to leave the car that I didn't have to pay the $155 for car diagnostics nor the $1,327.56 for radiator and antifreeze. I left the car there for 4 days When I pick up I don't realize that they haven't changed my inspection ticket. So now I don't know what to do. I have a car that has only given me problems. It doesn't have an inspection ticket because it still has the Rejected inspection ticket since I bought it in December and they want me to pay $3,284.07 because the insurance that I pay additional doesn't cover those expenses. I'm desperate and I don't know what to do. Please someone take note of the matter and help me.
