Wow part 2 after big valley ford of Stockton made my

Wow part 2 after big valley ford of Stockton made my vehicle inoperable They placed a lien sale on it and had it towed to a tow yard instead of my house. So they can take possession of the car for themselves.

Scammed by a Salesperson

I came here to view an automobile, the Ford Heritage Broncho. I was lied to by the sale person who wrote up a sales contract that had a $12000 markup hidden in the figures. When I asked him what the final sale cost figure was, he said that number was probably a mistake made by the finance company. When I went into the office of the finance person I get a document that had two different figures for payment. I asked the finance person what the 2 figures were and he said I was given a “Flex payment” contract which I wasn’t informed about by the salesman. I was livid! I had my granddaughter and she had the opportunity to witness her grandmother being scammed by a Big Valley Ford of Stockton salesman named Aaron. I have been buying cars since I was 20 years old. Im 71! Im not a fool! I can count. I have a credit score of 760 plus! I worked hard for what I have not to be scammed by a lying car dealership. I have done business with this dealership in the past with Earl. I’ve never experienced such lying and conniving in my life! There is no way no how I would ever recommend this dealership to purchase a car or truck or anything for that matter. The salesman asked me if I could recommend anyone to purchase a car from him. He can forget it. Big Valley Ford are big liars!

Repair

My vehicle was not repaired, and they would not return my phone calls, I will never go back to them for repair work or even to purchase a vehicle.

Big Valley Ford - Breach of contract

I bought a vehicle from this dealership. Large selection of vehicles. We were looking for certain additions to the vehicle. At the point of the sale, salesman and sales manager agreed to add certain additions stated on the contract. Unfortunately, three months later we got notified that they were unable to go through what was promised because they miscalculated and it would come out expensive for them. It was disappointing to have bought the vehicle and have found out later they would not follow through.

Horrible experience shopping for high end car here

Cheated and lied to by salesman, finance person, sales manager and owner regarding the lies they told when we purchased the car. Save yourself the grief, go elsewhere. My opinion is that they regularly distort the truth here.

Ask for Greg!

This was the best vehicle-buying experience I've ever had. I was searching for an F150 that had exactly what I wanted in Southern California, but no one had the 6.5ft bed in stock. I found one in Arizona, one in San Jose, and one at Big Valley in Stockton. I dealt with each dealership, and found Greg Renwick at Big Valley to be the first real human being at a car dealership! Seriously, he's a stand-up guy. There was no b.s. in the process. I arranged everything via text with him. I flew up to Stockton on a Monday afternoon. Greg picked me up at the airport and we arrived at the dealership around 6:30pm. My truck was parked right up front. We went for a test-drive, then headed inside for paperwork at 7pm. I was out the door and on my way back to SoCal by 8pm. It was ridiculously easy. Even the finance guy (can't recall his name) was great. No up-selling or guilt trips. I won't need to buy another truck for a long time, but when I do, I'll be sure to check with these guys first. Thanks, Greg!
