Did more work than was told to do, and charged way too

Did more work than was told to do, and charged way too much! They need to listen to the consumer more not suggest work that isn’t needed just to make money.

I have Cadillac Escalade oil change My appointment was

I have Cadillac Escalade oil change My appointment was 11:40 am . And my car ready 15:20 pm . All most 3 hour 30 min waiting to get my car . When I was check in service guy told me , ur car will ready in 1 hour 30 minutes . . I have to pick up my kids from schools. Then I made request to my friend to pick up my kids . They need to improve their time system …..

Service & smog

Purchased our GMC August of 2016 and have all service done here. Today I had to wait 2 hours for service & smog with appointment. To top it off total due $326.80. Both time & cost out of line.
