Very poor service, very difficult to communicate with a salesman with hearing problems, they check my credit score without my consent, be careful with this dealership. They called me the next day to try to make it up, still couldn't make a fair deal, I am done with this guys.

AWESOME customer service!!!

THANK YOU Merced Honda! I had recently purchased an economy car from another dealership and was experiencing terrible buyer's remorse because of safety issues. I had previously owned an Odyssey and LOVED it! When I decided I did not want the new vehicle I was in, Roberto, along with the sales management team at Merced Honda went above and beyond to help me! I now drive a 2013 Civic and I'm in "love"all over again!

Purchasing my 2013 honda accord from merced honda was a more pleasant and easier experience than onces I've had in the past. Customer service was helpful and they showed patience with their clients. Nobody likes feeling pressured when they are trying to buy a car and it seemed like merced honda knew that from the start. Thanks merced honda!

The True Meaning of Hassle Free Car Buying!

I had been doing research for a mini van for quite some time. It became obvious to me that the Honda Odyssey was the way to go. At first I was going to buy a used model but then quickly realized that it was worth it to buy new since Hondas hold their value so well. When I sold my car I needed to get into something pretty quickly so I did a lot of my shopping online and on the phone. I spoke to all of the local Honda dealerships including some in the Bay Area and no one could beat Merced Honda's prices. On top of that the salesperson that I dealt with, Robert Gonzalez was unlike all of the others. He was patient, kind and at no time at all did I feel pressured by him. Overall it was a very easy and pleasant experience!

Buying experience enjoyable

Buying from Merced Honda verses others dealers was easy. The prices/terms of the lease is what was offered over the internet and phone with no add on cost. Robert made no promises that he did not keep. Overall Honda has a lot better service when it comes to no gimmicks or changes to the price of their vehicles. Toyota will charge you over $200 for floor mats and will not take them out of the vehicle. At Honda floor mats included in the price (the way it should be) and each LX comes with the same equipment. Overall happy with our experience with Robert and Merced Honda.

Awesome Service

I bought a 2013 Honda Civic for my daughters. Robert Gonzalez did such a great job finding them the car they wanted. I didn?t have to wait for anything. We were helped as soon as we stepped foot out of our car and we loved that. This will not be the last car we buy from Robert. I hear about bad car experiences all the time and I am lucky to say that we did not have a bad experience with Merced Honda.

Just what I needed

I was in a situation where I was dealing with Modesto Honda and struggling to find a deal that I wanted. I made one phone call to Merced to see if I would have any luck there. I was transfered to Robert Gonzales and explained my situation. He instantly helped me find a great deal that seemed effortless. His actions and attention to detail represented greatly how Merced worked. I got a great deal and am very pleased with my new car and the experiance of buying a new car.
