( BEWARE )……Bought a mini cooper , only made 1 payment

( BEWARE )……Bought a mini cooper , only made 1 payment when it broke down . Paid to tow it to dealer to fix , which I do have a warranty . There service manage told me that there dearlership cannot fix it and there mechanic are not capable of the repair , so they wanted to charge me over 300 to tow to another dealer and I would have to pay another tow . Which doesn’t make sense . Shouldn’t it be the dealer fault that their mechanic are incapable of the repair .So now I’m out of my down payment of 3500.00 that I will loose . Cause I will not be making another single payment …don’t buy from these idiots !!!! The only reason it has a 1 star is because it doesn’t let you post no stars….

My issue was that the advertising price is not the actual

My issue was that the advertising price is not the actual in store price. And the posted ad was missing crucial information. Like TONS of hail dings that were not in the pictures. They added $2.5k to the sales price via a bunch of crap most people dont care about like window tint. They were SLOW to communicate with me (weeks) about my finance concerns. After a week my breaks were already screeching. The license plate was artificially propped up obscuring the missing screw. Somebody yelled to me on the way home that my tag was dangling. There were no floor mats for the front seat either. I mean the most basic stuff but then want to sneak in an extra $2.5k for some tire nitrogen and window tint? Shouldve caught that. Back passenger tire lost pressure on the way home as well🙄 i gave 3 star because amidst my complaints they partially reimbursed me $1k. Wouldn't be my first choice, and probably wouldn't go back🤷🏽‍♂️

Finance was not supposed to cash the check until the car

Finance was not supposed to cash the check until the car came in and we drove it, but they did anyhow and pushed the financing through before we ever seen the car. This is not any good way of doing business they misled us would not go back.

My husband and I had a great experience at San Marcos Chrysler Dodge! We went in looked around & my husband found the used car (2019 Challenger Scat pack) he's been wanting for a while. Thanks to our salesman Charles Gonzales and Financing Dominique Tovar Sierra we were able to get it all done & approved in a matter of hours.
