I have gone to Modesto Mercedes since 2023 to get my car

I have gone to Modesto Mercedes since 2023 to get my car service. I have a 2023 GLS 450. They have always been so professional and so polite. They make it very easy every time I?m there. I can?t say enough good things about this place. Ive always had a very good experience! I actually am closer to the Mercedes dealership in Stockton, California. However, the few times I went there with my new car, I never got a good feeling. They were very cold in my opinion. So glad I decided to go to Modesto for all of my car needs.

The service rep.

The service rep. was excellent. Overall service was great. The only thing I found inside the car front doors black finger prints, maybe grease.

Received a free yearly service from a previous problem,

Received a free yearly service from a previous problem, replaced a battery under warranty!!! Robert was quick to respond and explained everything. He was professional, courteous and friendly!!!

Courteous, knowledgeable staff. The dealer did not have the exact car I wanted, but searched the country and found my exact specs. I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Modesto.

Brought my cream interior GLE in for service and vehicle

Brought my cream interior GLE in for service and vehicle was released w oil stains on the interior of course Jason or Jacob was out to lunch. Requested the Manager and have yet to have heard back from her. Service these days… deplorable!!
