Please save your time and buy your car at a place that value you as a customer because you become a stranger after you purchase a car from these people.... I bought a brand new mazda cx5 from them last year and noticed that the rear right seat makes noise whenever I go over a bump with a passenger in it. I took the car to them and they told me to leave the car behind because they don't know when they will finish working on it and this was after they told me over the phone to just bring the car in and wait while they work on it. Waiting for my friend to pick me up, they came to me and said they took the car for a test drive but did not find anything wrong with it blah blah.....long story short, after I went on the test drive with them and pointed out exactly what I was talking to them about, they acknowledged that they can hear the noise but told me that was how the car was built after they took it in and came back with the same noise. So everybody good luck buying over 32k car with the seat purposely made to make noise when you go over a bump. I was considering buying a CRV and now I REGRET not going with a Honda. My first and last MAZDA. Good luck with Mazda customer care too because they are useless as well.
Dealership clearly explained how pushing the start button twice can initiate accessory mode and give unusual dash readings. Well explained...very helpful... and they made sure I got my last oil change included
The sales person I worked with, Zakou Idle, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership is 1st class and very accommodating.
They are the worst dealership i have ever been too. The sales manager and gm dont care if they have a sale or not. My wife went to go and pick up her new... lease today and the car wasnt ready we set a date todays date a week and a half ago. She waited from 12 to 3 pm for them to inspect the car and clean it. When they were set and done we inspected the car and there was a big scratch on the fender. How the helldo you have a car on your lot for a week and a half and not have it prepped and ready before we go and pick it up and hve a big scratch. Both GM and Sales Manager said not a big you ca. Take it and come back to get it fixed. WE DID NOT TAKE THE CAR! Took our deposit and are now going to another dealership. This has been the worst experience at a dealership. No one cared that we have been there for 4 hours. They are THE WORST!!!!!!!
I went into Mazda of New Rochelle with some trepidation. Even with an email breakdown of all fees and "final price" from the dealership, I was prepared... for the worst. Shopping for a late model used car at most dealerships can be a very unpleasant experience. I was greeted by sales rep., Sam Anares, who seemed like a nice young man, but my guard remained up. Sam was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the 2016 Mazda 3 i Grand Touring model I was interested in, and this car has many bells and whistles. After awhile Sam's enthusiasm, friendliness, and no pressure personality won me over. Yes, I was beginning to trust a used car salesman! Bottom line, the specifics on price and payment held no bad surprises and I left a down payment. Sam took care of all the necessary paperwork concerning dmv fees, etc very quickly and kept in contact with me by text as needed. Two days later, with bank check in hand, the deal was sealed with Sam, smoothly, with no surprises. All went well with the finance person too. I left the dealership with the car I wanted and pleasant memories of the buying process. I would certainly highly recommend Sam Anares to anyone looking for a new or used Mazda!

Dealership needs to have more experienced technicians to service older model cars. Left car 3 days and my car was not looked at just for a prognosis. Spent... $3000 for a specific repair but left Mazda with a different problem even b4 leaving the shop as a result of trying to fix the original problem. The general consensus among the technicians and management is ???remember it???s an older car???. Totally unacceptable.
Process was easy from start to finish. Not only did they get me out of the vehicle I was currently leasing, but they were able to offer me lower payments... and greater features. I???ve had my CX-9 for about a month so far and absolutely love it. I couldn???t be happier with Mazda of New Rochelle and their management!
