Everyone was extremely friendly and extremely helpful they answered every questions I had they made sure I was happy and satisfied before I left I love this place I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Best dealer there is. I have delt with other dealerships and have got terrible customer service but Valley Lexus is on top. Took care of my recall in a timely manner, replaced my windshield with perfection, looked like it never was removed. Gave us a 2018 Lexus IS300 Turbo as a loaner car, Filled up my gas tank, washed my car and rotated my tires complimentary. I was floored. We may have to buy a new Lexus from Valley Lexus soon, great to have piece of mind that you are taken care of and we didn't even buy our Lexus from them to begin with but they still took care of us.

The personnel are always polite, efficient and accommodating. If they find an issue while servicing my car, the Lexus parts are usually in stock and they fix the issue right then instead of having me return for another appointment.
