The place is a little hidden, but they do have an online presence. I did end up purchasing a vehicle about six months ago and the salesman, Piotr, was incredibly helpful. I would give them a full five stars if it wasn't for one small detail. The car was listed as keyless entry, which is does have the capability, but I was only given the valet key and not the remote FOB. That is the only disappointing part of my purchase, other than that my purchase was perfect and I love my vehicle. Would recommend to a friend.

I was looking for a car for a while. Visiting large dealerships in the area. Same concept everywhere, you go in and you get attacked by salesperson immediately. You get hit with hidden fees for paperwork, some extra insurance, etc etc. I came across Parklane Auto by visiting websites. I figured it is worth to try and I am glad I did. It is small family owned dealership. Immaculate, clean, all cars are garaged inside. Not big inventory. I purchased 2015 Toyota Camry. The whole process was easy, everything explained, delivered with no hassles. I am really happy with the car and with the service I received.

They tried to sell me a car telling me that is was spotless and never in an accident. When I saw very obvious evidence that the car had been in an accident and was repaired, I confronted them. They finally had no choice but to admit they lied to me! They even had the nerve to continue trying to sell the car by reducing the price. I believe the comment was"sometimes you have to lie a little to sell a car" Fellow car shoppers.... this was not a little lie....It was a huge lie. Buyer Beware of these guys. Before I got home the car was back on the website at a lower price. I feel sorry for the next buyer that will not be as lucky as me.

Tried to sell me a car saying it was perfectly clean and never was in an accident. I was ready to buy the car but decided to do a little deeper inspection during which I discovered many indicators that the car had been repaired. When I confronted the owner he denied it and promptly offered me a 2 year bumper to bumper to convince me to buy. Upon further pressing by me he for some reason finally admitted that the car had been in an accident and had over $5,000 in damage and air bag deployment. He even had the nerve to tell me "that some times you have to lie a little to sell a car. My fellow car buyers, this was not a little lie, it was fraudulent. Needless to say I walked out. Before I got home the car was back on the web site at a reduced price. Unfortunately he will find someone again to lie to and that person will probably get taken. Buyer Beware!!!

I bought a 2015 Buick from Parklane. The car is perfect, the buying process was fast and easy, and the staff is helpful, and easy to deal with. The office is clean, and and spare- the cars are the stars of this dealer, Paperwork took about a half hour, not all day like the nameplate dealers. I have been passing out their business cards.

Bought a 2014 Nissan Altima a few months ago from Park Lane, and it was well worth the visit. Dealership is small family owned place that brings great service, and great deals to people who are tired of being "raked over the coals" by the big dealer competition. Peter and Angela are great to work with and it would be well worth your while to give this place a "look see"!!!! You won't be disappointed!

I recently bought two cars at this dealer. Both times I was very happy with professional services of well trained staff. Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. It's a small family owned dealership, their prices are lower than other large places, and the service and delivery is exceptional. I bought first car there, then I was checking their website and couple months after first purchase i found another great deal. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed

Peter and his staff are awesome! They are honest and very willing to work with me on whatever I needed. When I purchased my car, I found some damage to the trim. Peter worked to get it fixed for me BEFORE I drove my car home! Then, because I was trading in my car to another dealer and couldn't be without a car, Peter agreed to meet me at 8am on a Saturday morning even though they don't usually open until 9 or 10am on Saturdays! They are so accommodating and willing to work with you so you can get the car you want. I couldn't have asked for anything more and will probably be back with we need another vehicle. :-)

I am very happy to have found this family-owned dealer. After having the typical dealer experience elsewhere, I found Parklane Auto by simply searching the web. Peter was great, and laid back. He answered all of my questions, and after my fourth visit at Parklane, I finally drove away in my car. He isn't out to get you, he really just wants you to drive away in the car you truly want, and he will work with you. Few weeks ago we bought 2013 VW Passat at Parklane Auto. Small place but very nice and clean. Good cars selection. Peter was very easy going, professional and more than helpful.
