Be prepared to at least be there for 4 hours. The process was lengthy and we dealt with 2 different agents. Saturdays are the worst day to go FYI. Other... than that they were very knowledgeable and friendly. We called a head so they knew what price range we were looking at. I didn't like how the agents brought us cars to choose from. We didn't even get to walk the lot. Based on your credit and finance situation they choose for you. Also that one dime down did not apply for us we had to put down $500.

The sales rep NEVER return calls they get your information if they were ant get you qualified right then for commission you will never hear back
Frank Leta refused to tell me what I could qualify for. Wouldn't give me a ballpark figure on anything. When I wanted to return to them with my down payment... I was informed they sold the car that I put a deposit on. Needless to say...bought a car somewhere else.

I wanted to take a look at a used car at this place that was a little over my budget range, but wanted to see if we can work out a deal. When I got there... and asked about just going to go LOOK at the car, I was brought into another room and questioned about my financial information. They never even showed me the car, I don't know if this was because I was a single woman alone or what ever the reason was, but after they questioned me, they had me sit down and wait for a manager to come talk to me. Why? I just wanted to look at a car. Then this guy wanted to sell me cars that I don't even want after telling these guys what I'm already interested in. I know what car I want and is sitting in your lot, let me go see it. When I told him no, he brought out a list of other cars that they don't even own and WAY out of my budget. Okay I get it, you don't want to do business with me, so I left. It was a shame, I really did want that car.
I called for answers about this car before I made a long drive out there from seeing a car on cars.com. The guy never would call me back! I always had... to keep calling him for the answers. Another guy wouldn't give me the answers because this other one was who I talked to first. I always had to call that guy he never called me back!!!!! Needless to say I will NEVER buy a car from them.. Another dealership got my business.
